This is an amazing squat machine. It was easy to assemble. Easy to use, you can make it hard or easy depending on what resistance you would like. The price was amazing for this type of machine. I had looked at ones like this in stores and they were anywhere from $100-$500, which is very expensive. Its easy to use. It can be stored in the corner of a living room, or bedroom. It keeps count of the number of reps you do, how many calories you burn and how much time you have been on the machine. It is good for working your legs arms and while body. It is a very smooth workout.

Worth it if you are committed to using it regularly. Works great and was easy to put together. Found workout routines with similar products that made using it easy. It did get a bit squeaky at some point and needed to be tightened.
