Yay, I found something that helps my child. A wobble cushion was recommended by the OT, and I chose this one as a name brand, to avoid any more dangerous materials. This is very nice. It has a smooth side and a bumpy side. It is a small, and would work best for youngest to thinner 3rd graders. There’s a minimal gusset around the edge of the coin shape, if you will, which allows their little legs to reach the ground without anything angular pressing on them. I have subsequently bought my child, a bigger cushion for other chairs, like the school chair, from a local teacher store. That is much bigger and fits that chair better. This one is still in use! Tip: think floppy, barely inflated works well.

A little big for pre school chairs
Great cushion- we use it on the floor. It’s not a good fit for a child sized chair though. It was too cumbersome and proved to be more distracting than helpful, however when used on a bigger chair- perfect.So check your chair sizing and figure out what the need is if you’re getting this for your child to use in school.

Bought this for my ADHD child for distance learning. This says it’s for ages up to 12 but it’s a bit small for my 9 year old. Will continue to use it anyway and donate it after she outgrows it. Was nice that it came inflated.

Take the Edge Off of Wigglers
I bought this seat to use in my intervention room for students who have trouble sitting still and focusing. The seat really does help a bit. It is not a miracle cure, but does help some of my wiggly students to feel a little less anxious.
