I’m glad I found this sleep aid
For many years I have had trouble sleeping. I’m always either using NyQuil and melatonin or extra melatonin with NyQuil or a mouthful of Nyquil no melatonin or like 40 mg of melatonin. I got tired of this remedy every night so I decide to look for something else and there was only three reviews for CALMADREAM when I ordered it. I was skeptical but I had to try something else because the NyQuil was getting to be too much. I’m so happy that I decided to give this a try. I’m fast asleep within 20 to 30 minutes from taking the pills I only have to take two per night and my sleep is solid and constant I don’t wake up in the middle of the night and need to take something else my family has a history of insomnia so it’s something that I had just become used to and just really thought that I wouldn’t be able to do anything about it but take all of the NyQuil and melatonin I do not use the NyQuil anymore I did not use melatonin anymore I only use the two capsules of CALMADREAM. I am a very regular online Shopper and I hardly ever will write a review of anything that I purchased but I know that there are other people out there like me who are having lots of problems with going to sleep give this a try it work for me I think it’ll work for you.

It Works Well, Tastes Good
This product is really good. I tried it over thecourse of a week and I have seen the difference.I sleep at different times depending on what I’m working on and this product allows me to that effortlessly. I have trouble falling asleep due to my natural tendencies and habitual patterns of staying up late every night but this product guides me through the stages of sleep seamlessly, for good quality sleep every-time. It takes about 60-75minutes for me to feel the full effects of the supplements but again I have a high resistance towards falling asleep.The design of the bottle is eat and well made. The bottle is sealed very well with a plastic seal that is fairly hard difficult to remove without the use of a sharp object. No problems with it…Try it, it might help you too.

Not really working for me
I hate to give it a low rating as it probably works for “normal” people. I was really hoping that this would help with my menopause insomnia, but it doesn’t seem to really be working for me. I even tried taking it as early at 7pm hoping it would kick in by 10:30 or 11:00pm. But, I’m still not sleeping until early in the mornings. *sigh* Nothing seems to help.

I got to sleep easily enough. Slept well two out of the three nights I took it. The third night I woke up a couple of times and didn’t feel as well rested as the other two. Seems pretty good, but like so many things, not perfect.

Natural Ingredients, but Not Effective as a Sleep Aid
This Sleep Aid is not effective for me. I do like that the ingredients a more natural ingredients, and not harmful to the body, but it does not help me stay asleep. I still wake up a lot.

Works!
I would like to recommend this product. I chose it for the ingredients, mainly 5HTP and Ashwagandah and melatonin. Having recently discontinued tramadol and flexaril for pain management, I knew that there would be an element of adjustment in serotonin level, and 5HTP has helped me in the past when I had no insurance for anxiety. Ashwagandha is a relatively new to me anti-anxiety option. Thru the shutdown, back to the office part time and until now, my anxiety level has been so high I worried I might have a heart attack! (High BP) and could not sleep thru a nite only to wake with a racing mind and pounding heart two or three hours later. After only a week, or so, of using this product, I am feeling so much calmer even thru a day, I have been able to sleep for a full at least seven hours and I have a bit more energy in a day for being able to sleep! If you are looking for a less expensive option for the things I experience, I suggest give this product a try.
