My new favorite way to take melatonin
These are so cute! They come individually packed and really work. Some nights I’m restless, especially if I have a late night workout or caffeine late. These strips are so helpful. It has a slight minty taste to it and I love that it has valerian root extract and chamomile extract. Reminds me of Listerine strips! I can take them on the go when I travel and even shared it with family, all who had positive things to say about it. Get a good night’s rest with the help of these!

I’ve tried a few melatonin products before, but these strips are by far the most convenient. They dissolve quickly under the tongue (in about 20–30 seconds), and I start feeling sleepy within 20–30 minutes. I appreciate that they’re individually wrapped, which makes them super easy to travel with or keep by my bedside. I also like that there’s no need for water like with pills or gummies.
