The twister arm exerciser is a really good product. You can adjust the twister from 22 to 440 lbs just by turning a dial. The dial itself has very little resistance to you can do it with 2 fingers (or at least I could). It weighs 5 lbs so it’s not heavy at all. It’s hydraulic system so it’s safer than a spring system.Highly recommend if you’re looking for a good workout.

Pretty comfortable, has the workout value for the forearms. The rope is durable and can hold good weight only for the forearms. Not going to risk any damage on any other use. Excellent choice

Good design. Great for pecs and biceps. Be careful because a couple of nuts came loose. I went to the hardware store and replaced 4 bolts and nuts. Works fine now. Plenty of resistance for most people. Smooth range of motion.

Great buy for the money
Sturdy, solid value for what it is. Comfortable handles, not too big that it takes up more space than is welcome. Workouts are good, they are what you make of them, wind up then slowly wind down for best results. A much more economic solution to get the same result that other fitness companies charge double for. It will do the job you want it to do, and I have had it over a year with no issues, even if there were an issue with the rope or carabiner it would not be hard to fix or replace, the bar has held with no issues.

Noticeable results after a week
I’ve been using this wrist and forearm blaster for about a week, and I can already see and feel a difference. My grip strength is improving, and my forearms feel more engaged and stronger.The build quality is solid, and it’s easy to incorporate into my workouts. Definitely a great tool if you’re looking to build wrist and forearm strength quickly. Highly recommend!

Nylon rope stretches too much
Didn’t like the nylon rope, it stretches too much, I would prefer something that doesn’t stretch.

Works as intended but there are two key issues:The rope is not static, that means it bounces and has an initial amount of slack that you must work through before it gets taunt/tight. This is quite unfortunate…The stack that you place weight on, has a lugnut on the bottom for some reason… This is very bad design. It means you can’t place it on the floor to put the weight on, without it falling over. Such bad design.

Works very well. Can feel a good burn in my forearms after a couple of rounds with even just a 5lb plate on it. It is very easy to load, unload, and use.The construction is very good and better than expected for the price. All metal construction with a strong feeling rope, and nice textured rubber hand grips. I was pleasantly surprised by how well it is built.My only complaint I can think of is that when using a 2-inch plate on it, the rod is quite thin, so the plate slides and sits at an angle. It would be extra nice if it came with a spacer or something for 2-inch plates to hold the plate flat, but that’s being nitpicky. All that said, the plate stays securely on the base and isn’t at risk of falling off or anything like that, and it works very well for the intended purpose.
