Nice! Thick and grippy. It’s Long enough but a tad bit narrow.
I’m Really impressed with this mat. It is Long enough, definitely thick enough. No funny smells. And a really good price. Perhaps it could be two inches wider but really I’m just nitpicking. But it is about 2 or 3 inches less wide as my old mat so it is narrower. But I like it and it is a good color.

I’m 5’6, 168 pounds and 8 months pregnant. I’m able to do yoga and move around freely without rolling off the mat. It’s a vibrant purple, decent sized and very comfortable mat with thick padding. I also love that you can roll it up and put the straps back on to keep organized!

Not great for yoga
I bought this mat to use for yoga thinking a thicker mat would be nice. The quality seems ok. But it is too light (not heavy enough) to stay grounded during yoga. It moves and slips and makes balance a challenge- maybe the challenge part is a good thing? It would be nice for floor exercises like situps or anything on your knees. Just not yoga.

Comfortable and Supportive Mat
This yoga mat has been great for my at home workouts. It’s thick enough that my knees don’t hurt during floor exercises but it’s not so bulky that it feels awkward to use. The surface has just the right amount of grip so I don’t slip during poses and it’s super easy to wipe down after. The strap makes it easy to carry if I take it with me, and it rolls up nicely without losing its shape. Definitely a solid mat for yoga, pilates or general stretching.

This is a brilliant mat. Thick enough to stop any pain on the back when lying down, but stable enough to stand on and do exercises such as burpees and push ups and balancing exercises. It’s just pretty big if you want to transport it anywhere but that is what you get for added comfort! The carry strap is really handy too!
