Need sleep? Get this!!
Do you yearn to sleep? TRY THIS! Since menopause I have struggled to sleep. I would sleep 3 nights out of 5…the other two nights? Just waiting for dawn to start a day dragging my back side along. Not only do I fall asleep MUCH faster, I wake less, and am able to go back to sleep easily. My sleepless nights are a thing of the past. Try it, you’ll love it.

This product did not help me sleep at all. Wouldn’t recommend.

Handier but less effective than hot beveredge product from Beam.
These don’t seem to work as well as the powdered drink mix (Cocoa). Tried them because they were a little less expensive than the drink mixes. Also handier for taking in the middle of the nigh to get back to sleep. Which is what I typically use these products for. Not sure why they don’t seem to be as effective. To use the drink mix, I need to get out of bed and prepare it like instant hot cocoa. Not good if you’re intermittent fasting. Especially if you use a little cream.

The Sleep Help I Needed
These truly help me sleep better. I have tried so many sleep aids and these are by far the best. I sleep through the night and when I wake up, I am not groggy. The only reason I took off a star is because I used to be able to get them in extra strength but maybe the company doesn’t make them in extra strength anymore. They still work very well!

Didn’t Work + Made Me Sick
I don’t usually have trouble sleeping but I wanted to try something to improve my sleep. I don’t drink alcohol or caffeine. I took two pills 45 minutes before going to bed, following good sleep hygiene (no phone, no tv, dark room right temperature etc).- I had an impossible time falling asleep- I woke up constantly all night, every couple of hours- I woke up multiple times in the night with a stomach ache- When I did wake up, I felt druggedCan’t return it because I opened it, but I wish I would have just thrown away the money instead.
