Great! Light-weight and durable
I love it. It is light weight but very durable. The three-piece compound helps me to adjust the angles easily. I highly recommend to the people like me, who sit in front of computer all day. I even brought second set for my office.

Cork Stretcher Easily Relieves Foot and Leg Pain
You are probably looking for relief from pain in your feet. The list of usual suspects includes plantar fasciitis, which I have. I was treated for months by needing to use crutches, wearing an expensive “boot,” and extensive PT. I was warned if I did not continue home exercises that the pain would return. That got my attention. Not wishing for a repeat I have experimented with various ways of doing stretches multiple times per day. Strong Tok’s Slant Board is my favorite and most effective option. You have several choices from which to choose, most that use the same size, format and design including modular boards with the same degrees in slant to combine or use separately. Wood, rubber, composites are used by the other companies, which vary in hardness give and weight. To me the cork option is especially comfortable and easily portable. It really comes down to personal preference. They do the same thing.I am partial to cork. I enjoyed seeing my first cork trees and harvest time in northern Algeria. It is a long wait, 25 to 40 years, for the first harvest and every 9 years after that. As wineries increasingly move away from their dependence on cork, new uses and markets need to be found. And I also like the way these feel.Amazon offers a number of good options using a variety of materials to make these block sets. I like to think buying cork ones might help the species survive in an increasingly twist top and wine box world that radically changed bottling materials used in the wine industry. What you need to do is start with the lowest slant pair, find the right amount of tension and maintain it usually for 10 seconds repeated five times. I was told to do this five times a day — every day. It uses two different sets of angles of incline: 8.5˚ and 17˚. Alternatively using single or combinations of the three wedges (2 x 8.5K and 1 x 17K) you can also extend the range for one foot at a time: 8.5˚, 17˚ 25.5˚ and 34˚ as the steepest angle. Please consult your doctor, nurse and/or PT specialist, someone with the appropriate specialized knowledge. Stretching can get intense. We all want exercise to be effective, not harmful. These exercises usually need to be part of a plan directed with a purpose to do that.

Wedges are uneven. Heavier than expected.
The product works well for stretching, but not for squats or any movement that requires both wedges. The wedges are uneven & much heavier than expected. They do feel very solid though.

My Calves needed these years ago
The product images live up to what you see is what you get in a good way.Three wedges made out of the same tough cork as my yoga blocks. Maybe be careful with the thin edge of the wedge.I’m using these multiple times per day. I put them right next to my office door and when I come in or out, do a quick stretch on them.I’m pushing 50 and had a plantar fasciitis problem combined with a stress fracture on a foot that had previously been injured in a motor cycle accident decades ago. I run in toe shoes and have for 13 years.I do yoga as well, but not as much this year and have been a lot tighter.I have a slanted drive way and do stretches out there before runs, but I just wasn’t getting enough when I wake up nor during the day.I also work at a stand up desk which is great for circulation and maybe not as much for tight legs, hips and feet.Generally, I use the 2 lower levels togehter with both feet for a long stretch, then hang and bend or lean forward towards a wall.I’m only using the large wedge occasionally, but working more towards that. Age has brought me a little wisdom and patience to take these things slow and not be an overachiever (and get injured) by trying to do too much too fast.Still, one of the better calve things I’ve added in quite some time. I have a leg roller too that I’ve had for a decade, its been great for muscles and muscle sleeves in the calf but these wedges are next level for the muscles/tendons that can’t be rolled or massaged. We gotta do it all, stretch, massage, roll, recover etc.

Helpful, but not flawless.
For my uses — mostly stretching — these work well. It’s certainly easier than trying to get the right angle on stairs, curbs, and whatever else happens to be handy. That said, there are a couple of small issues I noticed that I’d suggest being aware of before you buy. To begin with, these tend to slide if you’re using them on tile or hardwood, so you may have to put something under them before using them. The other problem I noticed is that the wedges tend to have a little too much play when you’re stacking them one atop the other, so you have to exercise some care (pardon the pun) there as well.

Heavy and mostly non-slip
These wedges are much heavier than my plastic foam wedges, and they have some surface tack, so they don’t go sliding across the floor. However, my plastic wedges have indentations on the faces so that they snap together a little bit, while these are totally smooth. If you’re doing moves that involve a lot of sideways torque, these may not be the best option.
