Ok, but not completely accurate.
I have had this ring for about a week and,have had to charge it twice after the initial charge. It does charge quickly. The rose gold is pretty but scratches easily. I doubt the steps are accurate since just moving your hand will add steps! I have been wearing it on the same side as my fitness tracker watch and get far more steps than the watch does. Sleep tracking seems pretty good. I like the heart rate and oxygen monitoring. I guess, overall, for what I paid, it is ok.

Thin, sleek band with a rich gold finish.
So far, so good. I love how sleek and thin the band is. The gold is a very rich yellow gold and matches my gold jewelry. The only issue is the sizing (why I gave 4 stars). I wanted to wear it on my middle finger and thought getting an 8 would help since I wear a 7 on my ring finger, but it seems like I needed a 9 to wear it that way. However, I’m keeping it and putting it on my right hand, ring finger since I already have a wedding band on.As for the app, I downloaded it before the ring came in so I could test it out and it works fine for me. When the ring came, it paired very easily to the app and was immediately able to track my heart rate, steps, blood oxygen, etc. It also tracks monthly cycles for women and seems to be pretty accurate once I input data from my Flo app (which I tracked).Finally, I bought two stackable rings to add some bling to it and I love it.We will see how I like this. It was affordable and seems to provide the same functions. I will come back and give an update in about 1-2 weeks.
