The best melatonin we’ve tried so far.
We have irregular sleep hours, so we’ve been taking melatonin daily. And this works super. So different than the other ones.I was compelled to write this review because I was surprised at the amount of negative reviews, considering that this is a great and ethical product. Those are terse reviews. One of them said “Bitter tasting!”. After reading that, , I took one to deliberately notice the bitterness, and the bitterness is so mild if any. The real bitter tasting ones are from the brand that we just gave up, even though they’ve added so much harmful chemicals and sweeteners, the typical one that you SWALLOW (found out because once in a while I swallowed it a few seconds late as I fetched water). Think about this: If a pill is so bitter, why would the direction says to put it under the tongue to melt it?After getting stung, these days I don’t trust any reviews automatically. Reference, cross reference, and take everything with a grain of salt. And when it comes to supplements, read all the ingredients, and research the ones you don’t know. As much as you can control, take care of your health and know what you’re ingesting. (Edited to add: My spouse just told me that it’s indeed bitter if you PUT IT ON YOUR TONGUE. The direction says to put it UNDER your tongue – and at bed time (since this one works quickly)We switched to this Melatonin once the bottle of a cheap and very popular brand was finished. That famous brand that we recently got rid of has a glut of bottles targeting different target markets and we selected the one with the least amount of harmful ingredients. But I thought that since we first selected one of their melatonin a few years ago, they eventually snuck in one of the many ingredients that we avoid – All of their melatonin may appear the same, but they have different mix and amount of harmful finishing ingredients. I’ve noticed that it’s the same with most other supplement companies.

GREAT for kids–no flavor, very small size
This is a really great melatonin for kids. Our son has long-term insomnia and we have tried a LOT of different types of melatonin. He doesn’t like anything flavored or pills that are too large. These are very small, have no flavor at all, and sort of dissolve on their own so they are very easy to take. It’s nice they have this type in different dosages as well. We did 1 mg for a while but as he got bigger the 3 mg was better.

Sublingual works well for melatonin!
Sublingual seems to be the way to go with melatonin. It works well for me. It’s great this company offers a variety of doses. I was doing 10mg but I learned it might not good to stay on that high a dose for an extended period of time. So I switched to 5mg and it still works well.

Bad batch???
I liked two of my three products from this company but the extra strength melatonin did absolutely nothing for me and I couldn’t get help. It sends you in a circle to get help and or support and it wore me out.When something says extra strength I expect to feel something!!!Update 12/2/24I was contacted and given a refund for the item. I haven’t ordered another bottle yet but I’m very happy this seller reached out to me to communicate with me! That means a lot these days.

The small tablet dissolves fast and is easy to take.
Mostly I don’t even taste the tablet under my tongue, and I hardly feel it. Occasionally I taste it, and it’s a bit bitter. I wait to take it until I’m feeling sleepy, and I’m asleep within 5 minutes of taking it. I think it helps me to stay asleep for several hours.

Kept me awake!!
I used this melatonin two nights in a row. I barely slept the first night. I didn’t sleep at all the next night. It’s supposed to “promote natural sleep” I recommend caution with this product.
