One winter three years ago, a loyal user who have bought two products from our company in one year sent an email, the letter said: Your oxygen monitors are very helpful for monitoring my physical condition.     Ordered two. Both stopped working
    Bought this for my newborn. It stopped working in the first few weeks. Sent it back and got another one. Three months in and it doesn’t work anymore. I just wanted some piece of mind and now I have to worry. Sad these companies do nothing to help….

    Difficult reading history, doesn’t sign an alert on phone
    No way to review history. Wish I would’ve bought it when my daughter was closer getting out of the NICU. I would’ve got a refund. It’s too late now. I would definitely go with the leading brand

    Does its job
    We love it and I have peace of mind. My son was diagnosed with tracheomalacia and wanted to make sure that I’m doing everything. It tells me his oxygen and pulse. And peeps when his oxygen or heart rate is lower than normal.

    Peace of mind when you co-sleep
    I bought this monitor when I started to co-sleep with my 8month old baby. It has different size socks so I can use it even when he gets bigger. I checked the alarm to see if it would alert me and yes, it would. My baby seems to be comfortable in it. However I don’t like that the small monitor is attached to baby’s leg, it keeps falling down when he kicks his legs. Otherwise it works good and gives me peace of mind when we share the bed.
