A few weeks ago, I decided to purchase a balance board after a friend of mine told me that poor balance is one of the leading causes of injuries as we age. I ordered the board online and was excited to try it out as soon as it arrived. To be honest, my first experience was not great – my balance was terrible! However, I decided to stick with it and started using it for 20 minutes every morning while getting ready for work.After using the balance board for a bit over a week, I have already noticed a significant improvement in my balance and stability. Works well. I just wish it were a little wider.
I night this to use during physical therapy at home. I really like it. I’m about 185 lb and it seems to be holding up just fine. My only complaint is that I wish it were more square than having a narrower side. I rotate it to do different exercises, and though it can work, I just feel I’d be more comfortable and it’d be easier to use of it we’re a square. I like that I can continue my physical therapy at home. I do not put additional weight besides my body weight in it.

Good for developing leg muscles associated with balancing. A physical therapist recommended I get one for home use. Perfect size to keep handy and usable instead of having to get it out of the way. I keep mine in kitchen so I can use while doing dishes and prep work. An excellent value for exercise equipment.

Where are the “how to” tips?
It looks OK, time will tell (August 2025). But I expected workout tips or a video online. Did I miss it? I would add another star if there is such a thing.PS my box was a repack.
