Manual provided with machine, and YouTube has complete film assembly and included are exercise teachers showing the various exerciseswith performance of exercises. The actual product DOES NOT come with a video instruction.You Tube has the entire workout AND BEST OF ALL, HOW TO ASSEMBLE THE EQUIPMENT. HIGHLYRECOMMEND YOU TUBE INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED BY MANUFACTURER FOR ASSEMBLY. Anway, A+ for machine as a home product for workouts, i am very pleased that i purchased this. Actually a remarkable, small piece of equipment, but powerful for strengthening legs, improving circulation and strength. It is an entire body workout. You Tube not only shows in detail how to assemble the equipment (very easy to do), but on the same site and video, all exercises.This is definitely a remarkable machine. Does so many things. Wonderful. Just go to You Tube punch in name of item, and not only easy assembly instructions, with detail, but a truly easy assembly. Best of all, machine remarkable. I use it every day, and for lower body, legs, circulation, etc., but this machine is a complete body workout, depdning on how one positions oneself on the machine. Just fabulous. We plan to give as gifts for speciual friends, as gifts arise. I was surprised at h ow outstanding this is. Thank You, Amazon, for making this available.

Smart Wonder Core
After a lot of research and review digging, I purchased this Wonder Core machine to aide in my workout plan. I am disabled, but still take fitness very seriously – being 32 years old and hoping to have many more years to go. I suffer from disabilities in my neck, shoulder, ribs, lower back, and leg. I am able to use this machine daily, and due to its support, I have been able to achieve many more fitness goals than I imagined. It is designed to last, the stitching and mat are solid. It does not wobble, squeak, or slide around. The foam pieces are sturdy and do not move around during movement. Assembly was ridiculously easy, as is storage. You have the choice to add more or less tension, using the two knobs on the back side. It’s nice to customize each arm, as one of my legs is much worse than the other. I can ease up on one half if I need to. The size is ideal for a broad range – I am 5’1, 118 lbs and have no problem. My husband is 6’0 and 220 and he has no problem either. He is able to use this machine daily as a big part of his own fitness journey. Since we both share the unit, switching tension settings is a breeze and takes only seconds to do. Included in the box is a manual guide for workouts. I love that there are multiple ways to use the Wonder Core – it’s definitely not just for sit ups. You can get a whole body workout with just one piece of equipment. The only problem we haveboth had was doing push ups. There is no comfortable way to do them, we’ve each tried and it’s super awkward. However, the other exercises were completely fine. I would absolutely recommend the Wonder Core to anyone looking for a multi-purpose unit to their home gym set up.

Works well for home workouts
This ab machine works very well and is a great addition to any home workout routine. It effectively supports sit-ups and a variety of core exercises, helping to strengthen and tone the abdominal muscles. The compact design makes it easy to store and perfect for small spaces, which is ideal for anyone working out at home. I gave 4 stars because the resistance could be better, but overall it’s a nice product

Omg. I love this things. I haven’t been able to do a sit up alone because you need something to hold your feet right? Not with this thing. It’s a little awkward at first, but once you find the right position, well it REALLY works. My abs have been crying under my fat all morning. I only did about 4 sets of 20. But man oh man. It works! I used it for arm and legs as well and it’s just an excellent product. Very versatile. The seat is a bit small on the length end, but it makes for an amazing workout overall.

I am a 27 year old female with CNS Lupus; I started using this because normal exercise is hard for me with my chronic autoimmune disease! Quite honestly; I LOVE THIS!! It is easy to store, takes up barely any space & I am able to pull it in & out/move it around as needed for my exercises! I am definitely burning calories while using this! I would recommend it for sure! I just started using it with my treadmill at home, my bike, and infinity hoop! I should say that it is a great addition to my at home equipment!! I am actually very happy with my purchase!

お腹がぶよぶよになってきたのでダイエットと筋トレを兼ねて購入しました。前から自重トレやりたかったのですが、元の筋肉量が無さすぎて、腕立てや腹筋など自分の重さすら支えられずできなかったのですが、これなら補助があるので、自分に合った負荷に調節して色々なトレーニングができるので本当にありがたいです。
