Additionally, I like how this came with built in weights inside the handles. I find the cordless jump ropes are well balanced. I would recommend these for anyone looking to have jump ropes but are limited space and noise restrictions.

Simple and effective exercises for shoulder rehab
This product has been a good way for me to rehab some shoulder pain (tendonitis and cuff issues) by spinning it at different angles, and rotating it both clockwise and counter clockwise for a few minutes a day.

I liked the extra weight in the handle, however the rope is too long and not easy to manage. You can not adjust it either. I loved the ones i had previously and will reordee those
