This was a great buy. It is comfortable, soft, and helps support when I do my squats and deadlifts. The size guide was extremely helpful! I have never bought one of these for myself so knowing how to measure to.get the correct size helped me a ton. It still looks great even after using it for months.

I ordered a medium could have gone with a small- my waist size 27 inches. I’m always between a small or medium in sizes so I sized up. It can be a bit difficult to secure the belt with the loop but overall product is doing the job fine for the price.

I love this belt. I bought the blue in size small. I’m 5’2” and 117-120 pounds. My waist is 25”. I wear this belt on the 3rd belt holes. So there is not a lot of room to go up so I would recommend going up a size for most people if your weight fluctuates a lot or are really inbetween sizes. It is very comfortable against my skin and also fits well with high rise shorts/ leggings or a thin shirt. I had a Velcro style belt before but and this is much more comfortable and feels more secure.
