Did not work in my case
My PT noticed that I am starting to develop a curve in my spine, and recommended me to use a posture corrector, especially when sitting at the computer. This posture corrector is easily placed and adjusted by only one person, however, I noticed right away that, in order to feel the tension, I had to pull the straps all the way to the limit, so I am not sure how this can work with smaller shoulders or kids. I was hoping to be able to wear it under my work clothes, but unfortunately I could wear it only for few minutes after which I started to feel the friction in my armpit area. When placed on top of a tshirt, I was able to keep it for 1 h, but again I started to feel very uncomfortable around the armpit area. Releasing some of the tension defeated the purpose as I could not feel any ‘correction’. I am not familiar with other brands or devices to know if this is a defective design or maybe I only need to get used to it. This is why I am giving three stars (versus lower ratings).

Does help with posture
This device does help with posture. Once you get it on and adjusted properly, you feel a gentle pull at your shoulders, easing them back to where they should be to give you good posture. I think this would be particularly helpful to wear while sitting at a computer. I do think it would benefit from instructions or markings indicating which end should be up, and how tight this should be when appropriately adjusted. I also wish the elastic straps, when lengthened to make the device smaller, had a way of affixing to the thicker strap. I found they were slipping around a lot. But it’s a pretty low price point, so all in all, I think it’s a good value for the money that does help with posture.

Brings relief and corrects posture comfortably
This is a very good flexible brace that helps to open up the shoulders to have better posture. It is very well made with adjustable straps for both side and also one in the back that can be adjusted to fit most sizes. I did not realize how bad my posture was until I wore this. I have been having upper back and right shoulder pain, so much so I went to see the doctor. I am going to physical therapy and learning how posture causes all kind of issues. This brace brings relief and corrects the slumping I now realize I do. It is not restrictive so I feel comfortable with on.

Would not recommend
I’ve used other posture corrector’s before, not pleased with this one.Came just in a clear bag inside of a box. No instructions or anything for best way to use. If I was a first time posture corrector user id be completely lost.Secondly this does nothing to correct posture it’s just a back strap. The fabric is too soft for this intention, it just bends and folds and doesn’t provide any support.Even at the max tightness I could pull the straps didnt it give any support.Would not recommend

super helpful for daily training
This posture corrector is lightweight, comfy, and easy to wear under clothes. I love that the straps are adjustable enough to get a snug fit without digging into my shoulders. It gives a gentle reminder to straighten up without feeling restrictive or uncomfortable. After a few hours of use, I definitely noticed my posture improving, especially at my desk. Review: Adjustable Posture Corrector for Women & Men
I appreciate the simple concept, and can feel the elastic encouraging my shoulders back when wearing it, However; I should have thought about the fact that I buy bras with wider side and back panels so that I have a smoother silhouette, and this product cuts into my side and creates a huge 2 inch bulge on each side because it pushes fat under my arm down and the top of my bra band “stops” the fat, so theres a very unflattering bubbly created between the two elastic bands.I do live in a climate that is warm a good portion of the year, and do wonder if I can wear it when at home over a tank top, which is what I wear most of the time in the summer, and eailiy take it off is someone comes over, but ideally this company would offer a modification with wider panels under the arm to combat the back fat bubble.

It was just fine
This worked pretty well for me to remind me to sit up straighter and not slump when looking at my phone. I do wish there were some instructions included to note how tight we need aim for this to be, since it is adjustable. I don’t wear it for long periods since I do find it uncomfortable after a few hours. I think for $19.99 it’s a bit overpriced, but it works pretty well if you’re looking to try out a corrector to see if it’s right for you.
