Helped my back and posture.
I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect, but this ZSZBACE Back Brace Posture Corrector has turned out to be a great buy. After using it for a while, I can genuinely feel the difference in my posture and back comfort. I tend to slouch when sitting or working at my desk, and this brace gives just the right amount of support to keep me upright without feeling stiff or uncomfortable. Though I would warn that my doctor said not to use these back braces for too long as the muscles can atrophy.It’s lightweight, breathable, and easy to adjust, so I can wear it under my clothes without any issues. I’ve also noticed my lower back pain easing up since I started using it regularly.Overall, it’s been a simple but effective fix that’s really helped me feel better. Definitely worth every penny—I’d highly recommend it!

Fair for thoracic spine support – from a Chiropractor
I’m a chiropractor and was looking for something more for thoracic support for my wife. This brace is okay for that – but just okay. The lumbar support is fine but this device more for some posture correction than it is for support. The thoracic spine is the area from the first rib all the way down to your last rib – so, just below the neck to the last rib. Slide your finger from the bottom of the last rib over to the middle of your back. That is roughly where the last rib (12th rib) attaches to you last thoracic vertebra (12th thoracic vertebra). The issue with thoracic support is that you probably need something to wrap around your entire midsection – as is the case with the lumbar spine. But normal breathing also uses muscles between your ribs. Therefore you don’t want anything to constrict that which is why there is not much out there.My wife has severe arthritis in her entire spine so I’m not going to adjust her (in case you’re wondering). So if you’re looking for something for your mid back, this is fair. You’ll probably need to try it and see if it provides the support you need. If not, Amazon is cool with returning it. Just beware that the sizing is small and any brace is no excuse for poor lifting techniques.

It does the job
I gave it 4 instead of 5 because it is difficult to put on yourself. The material that could be a little firmer/better quality. But more importantly it did do the trick for me I wore it for a few days and my back was feeling much better.
Product will be two days late not sure i want it anymore . I could have bought anywhere else . I only chose this option because of the expediency. I feel like i was lied to an i dont even have the product yet. –

0 stars this product is so flimsy its useless furthermore it does nothing to support me in any way shape or form is a little small and digs under your arms to make it so uncomfortable that you have to remove it immediately. So in conclusion you cant wear it for any length of time because of how poorly designed not to mention this this is super cheaply made. This product also does nothing fit as described as its design makes it extremely hard to put on. You reach for the belt an it pulls away from you as its attached to the shoulder strap ? I mean who thought that was a good idea?

Does Not Support / Does Not Aid Posture / Does Not Help For Pain
This item is okay, if you just want a nicely sewn thing to hug the body. It is well sewn, with good velcro and an air wicking type of material. But offer no support and fails to stay in place, on the waist, even while just sitting. It does not provide back support and it does not assist posture at all. There are two, thin metal-like (but not strong metal) pieces sewn into the back of the item. They aren’t stiff or rigid and don’t support anything. It’s a very basic waist hugging item, but it does not brace, support or assist with pain, at all.I rate this item, in pieces, as follows:Design rates a 3. It has an unusual an semi uncomfortable way of being worn. I needed some help figuring it out.Sewing rates a 5, well done.Fabric rates a 5.Velcro rates a 5.Elastic rates a 4.It doesn’t really wick away moisture, it gets hot pretty quickly, if you are moving or doing anything. That’s the reason for a brace… to enable one to perform the tasks of life, with support. This ad says it will aid those with upper and lower back pain. Nice try, but it doesn’t really do anything, except give one the false illusion of being supported. The item does not stay in place, on the waist, it rides up. This makes it useless for lower back support. It won’t stay in the area it’s meant to support.I gave this item a really fair try, by wearing it in different daily, home situations and once outside, on a bicycle.I wore it with t-shirts because the way it is designed, it goes under the armpits. It’s uncomfortable and likely impossible for some folks to wear with a tank top or a work out garment. It would rub the arms and the armpits, causing irritation.I saved myself from that and wore a clean t-shirt while trying it.Fair and balanced review says: don’t buy this if you want and need an item with this title.This item gave it ‘the old college try,’ but failed. Therefore, I am returning it for a full refund well within the appointed time frame. I will try my doctor for a real, medicinal, therapeutic brace for my spine.

Great Support for My Dad’s Back!
I bought this back brace for my dad and he absolutely loves it. He’s been dealing with lower back pain for a while, and after using this posture corrector, he says it really helps relieve tension and keeps his back straight. The straps are adjustable and comfortable enough to wear under clothing. It’s well made and gives excellent support without being bulky.

It’s not the best back brace this is my third one. I wear them every day in construction, I found this one leaves red marks on my shoulders and back, the padding and straps could have been built better. Don’t get me wrong this is still a good brace and I’m still wearing it, it’s just a personal opinion.
