Great combo!
Bought this for myself to give my metabolism a boost, my husband has type 2, so I suggested he add this to his daily routine. He is seeing very positive results just after week of starting this as an added support! I can’t speak for anyone else, but this has made significant difference in lowering spikes after meals and his average over 24 hrs has also improved.He has not changed anything other than taking 1 Herbpy 6 in 1 Ceylon Cinnamon supplement with Breakfast each morning.

This is easy to swallow (1 pictured atop a US Dime), there’s no stomach issues after taking it, and now I just have to wait a while to see if it helps. It says it is formulated in the USA on the label. It arrived well sealed, the capsules appear in good condition, and the expiration date is well within the limits expected.
