This is actually better than I expected.I’ve been using one at physical therapy while I recover from surgery, so I thought it might be helpful to have one of my own.This thing is great!! It’s a tiny bit more firm and definitely helps work those core and leg muscles.As a bonus, my cat loves to lie on it when I’m not using it.

I first saw these at my physiotherapistsafter hip surgery. They helped with my rehabilitation and I continue to use it for strengthening back, core, hips, glutes and balance capabilities.

Looks like it is well made and will last. It is firm but gives with weight on. I bought for doing physio exercises on my knee. Not quite as soft as the pad I use in the clinic but will still be useful.

Good dense foam. But if you use this in one pressure spot, it will compact permanently, and lose its “spring” factor.

This squishy blue pad is a fun way to challenge your balance. It’s great for yoga, pilates, or just messing around at home. It’s a bit wobbly, but that’s kind of the point, right? Just don’t blame me if you end up on the floor!
