Sweet, 1/2 packet per 16 oz. is great & supply lasts longer!
A little too sweet, so I only use 1/2 packet in each 16 oz water bottle. Big believer in added hydration. Makes it easier to drink more water and feel healthier! Mixes well with a few good shakes of the bottle.

hard to dissolve in cold water
I lose a lot of water through sweating when I work outside, so I’m always looking for ways to stay hydrated and restore the electrolytes I’ve lost. I like the lemon-lime flavor. The drawback with these has been their difficulty dissolving in cold water. I pour one in, shake it like crazy, and I can still see a lot of the powder sinking to the bottom. The first time I mixed it I wasn’t watching and took a big swig and got a big glob of wet powder that hadn’t dissolved even with shaking it. It works better to put it in room temperature water before refrigerating the water.
