Better than one that came on scooter
Hopefully this review will help if you need a kick stand for a non-standard use. My little Razr scooter had a metal kick stand under the frame that barely extended out and made the scooter too vertical when parked, so that it easily tipped over. Add a spring that was so strong, it hurt my foot to move it. As the best option I could find, I bought this stand in the 16 inch tire version, thinking I could fasten it under the axle bolt of the rear 16 in. wheel. The frame tubing prevented that. So I mounted it to a frame side angle by drilling a hole and using a 3/8″ bolt. I had to put a spacer block between the frame and stand for the mechanism to clear. I added a small screw below the bolt to prevent the kick stand from twisting. The 16″ size I bought was too long, but it was easy to shorten the shaft of the stand by removing the rubber foot and cutting the shaft rod to length. The stand extends out from the scooter a good 4″ further, and the scooter leans a bit more than before now and is much more stable. A tentative 5 stars as the quality seems good, it is much easer to extend and retract, and just looks great.

Easy to install, but shortest position too tall for a strider bike
I got this for my kid’s strider bike and they just are not short enough to stand up the bike without modification. It was fairly easy to bend the stand at a more steep angle, but the default angle has the bike leaning away from the stand itself and does not work at all. Needs to be nearly an inch shorter.Took off a star for the durability as I was able to bend it by hand without much effort.

No hardware included to attach to bike…I would not call that easy installation when it requires me to go to the store to buy a nut and screw.

My youngest granddaughter needs a kickstand on her bike. In her case, she has 12″ wheels-so I got the 12″ one. It was very easy to install-goes on the back axle. Just a wrench to undo and retighten the nut. I got this particular kind because the spring is housed inside the leg. Several others in this price range had an external spring. Which for an adult bike, would be fine. For a child’s bike, I didn’t want her to inadvertently knock it off. She is just glad to know have a kickstand on her bike. Her dad has never gotten around to it.

16インチの子供用自転車に16インチのスタンドを買いました。説明どおりにつけると先述にあるように自転車が反対に傾いてしまい、倒れるのでスタンドの意味をなしませんでした。サイズが違うのかと表示されている長さを測りましたが、25cmだったので16インチのスタンドのようです。本来の意味をなしませんがワッシャーのいちを変えてスタンドの角度を変えたところ一応自立しました。強度の若干の不安はありますが、子供がキックする力では動かない程度だと思うのでひとまず良しとします。
