Works Great
I love this mat. It is the perfect thickness (I purchased the thickest option), and large enough for met to do a variety of exercises. I use it on a carpeted surface (since that’s where it fits), but I think it would work perfectly fine on a hard or outdoor surface. The quality seems to be good. I’ve been using it for about two weeks and haven’t had any issues. Its also decently non-slip when I’m in bare feet. It comes with a carry strap, though because of the size it probably would be pretty bulky to lug around.I could also see this being a perfectly good option for someone with kids who takes them to the park often. It would probably make for a nice place to set up on the ground.

Perfect size and cushion
This mat is excellent! I was having issues trying to use a regular yoga mat on hard floor because it was too thin and small. This one is just cushioned enough to be very comfortable while still providing stability. I leave it on the floor of my office at all times, so I don’t travel with it. It’s great for yoga, physical therapy exercises, Pilates, stretching, etc.

This is exactly what I wanted for my exercise program! I wanted a thicker mat, we have wood floors and it’s big enough to do my mobility training. Non slip, good grip on both sides and no odor is a big plus! Very high quality and in the winter I can pretend I’m on the lawn. 😊

Nice mat
Great mat but it does move around just a bit on the rug. Not as spongy as other mats I’ve had, but its nice, sufficiently comfortable, and I like that my cats are not digging their claws in it, as they have done with every other yoga mat I have used. They like to lay on it during my practice but they are not using their claws on it so far. That’s a plus for me. UPDATE: As evidenced by claw marks, my cats like it just as much as every other yoga mat. Not happy about that.

No toxic odor!
I can’t express how happy I am with this mat. First off it doesn’t have that nasty chemical smell that I had with other mats. I shouldn’t have to air it out because it’s still toxic and the smell never went away. This had no smell whatsoever. I could lay it out immediately and unfold it easily. The one side I laid three heavy books to flatten it out until it got used to its new shape. The size is beautiful and large and enough space for me to do my moves without touching the actual floor. It’s a nice thickness of cushion. It isn’t thin and I’ve had extra thick ones that just became a little too bulky. I didn’t realize it also came with a strap, which is nice. I’m leaving mine out opened on the living room floor permanently so it’s ready for me to use at any given time. Well worth the money. I was able to get this in two days. How wonderful is that? Well worth the purchase.
