    Great Value
    I broke down and bought my own jump rope, because I was tired of trying to find one for my height at the gym. I like this rope a lot except the handles are slightly heavier than what I’m used to using. However, they are metal, so I think that they will hold up longer than maybe the other leading brand. I still haven’t mastered double unders, but for singles, it’s going great.You need wire cutters to be able to cut the rope after you’ve adjusted the height. Scissors will not cut it.

    I used this for crossfit. I didn’t even use it every workout, maybe twice a week max. The end broke and couldn’t be fixed one day while I was using it.
