So good, I bought two!
This is a great set of stuff, and the one-inch thickness is exceptional on very hard floors. The carry strap is easy to remove and re-strap, and I ended up using all the accessories in my first workout! The blocks are nice and tough – great for balancing moves or deep push-ups, and the towels are great for everything! It was a good price for the kit. I recommend these products highly.

Comfy on my old lady knees
I love how thick this mat is and the extra little mat. I roll it up and use it for my knees, as I’m older and have joint issues due to inflammatory issues and injuries through the years. I wound up getting a bag to store it all in, but I like everything in this kit. I use it daily for mobility training post back injury (gentle mat pilates and Kaisa Fit exercising) and it works really well. Much better than the thin mat I used before.

I am super happy with my purchase. My house has terrazzo floors, and doing pilates is hard enough without your spine pushing into hard concrete. My old yoga mat was thin, and I avoided doing sit-ups because they hurt. I read reviews on this mat and decided to try it. I am thrilled I bought it because it’s a complete upgrade.I used it for the first time today, and I am over the moon happy. I didn’t measure its thickness, but it was pretty cushy. And even better, there’s a baby mat for your knees, head, or back, so you can layer it if you have hard floors. Placing the smaller towel behind your neck (akin to a hammock) can help support your head and neck. And the towel is made of that fabric that wicks water away, so if you are sweaty, it won’t get soggy.When I finished, the velcro carrying strap made it very easy to contain the rolled mat. There’s a buckle, so you can increase the strap length to sling the mat over your shoulder. Overall, I am pleased I purchased the entire kit of mats, blocks, mini mats, and towels.

Item came well-packaged, bulky but light (it’s mostly foam!)The main yoga mat is long but 2 cm thick instead of its advertised 2.54 cm (1 inch) thickness. The thickness is less than advertised but it will support you better since you’re not trying to balance on what is essentially a soft mattress.For this price I might as well have gotten the 0.5 inch bundle instead (this one advertised 1 inch bundle), but they only had red if you cared about the colour (I purchased purple) and I missed the 30 day window for returns. Darn.Included is a super-long yoga mat that’s 0.79 inch (2 cm) thick, a smaller yoga mat to kneel on that’s 0.5 inch (1.27 cm) thick, a long microfibre towel (like a longer hand towel), a smaller microfibre towel (like a washcloth), and two foam yoga blocks.You could have purchased similar microfibre towels at the dollar store cleaning section, not necessarily as long as one of them however.Overall a nice matching set; overpriced but functional. Minus one star for the false advertising on the main yoga mat’s thickness. Consider their half-inch yoga bundle if you dont’ care about colour and are relatively short — this one is longer but only 0.2 inches thicker. You can put together a yoga set yourself for a cheaper price if you don’t need the foam blocks nor matching items.
