Very sturdy bench! It holds weight very well and I feel it’s safe to lay on while benching higher weights. I’d say foldability is a bit annoying at times but worth for it the quality and compact folding

Pretty much what I expected.
I think I paid $60 for this bench. I think it is worth that. It was extremely easy to assemble, I think there were two screws and two pins. The metal frame underneath the bench seems sturdy. It does not wobble when I sit on it, when I do single arm rows, when I do dumbell pullovers, etc. The padding is not super thick, but I find it comfortable enough. My only note of caution to buyers–I am 5’8ish and medium build, and for me this is just big enough. If you are tall or very large build or are on the ‘wider’ side or all that combined, this may not be the right bench. It is somewhat narrow and on the shorter side. It is not the size of a typical professional gym bench. But very sturdy and good for the price. It gets the job done, and if I scratch it or or leave an imprint from dumbbells on it, I won’t be bothered very much.

5 STARS! Stop looking! This is the real deal!
I’ve had this bench for about a month and use it every other day mainly for chest and back. There was no assembly required. Pull the pins, line up the holes, and replace the pins! Then pull the pins, collapse/fold, and replace the pins to store! Its really THAT easy! Extremely sturdy, as I am a solid 6’1″ and 230lbs and regularly use 50lb dumbbells for chest press. This bench doesn’t slide on the right surface. It doesn’t wobble, it looks great, and stores virtually anywhere! Not sure what all the bad reviews are about. Folks must have been jumping on it for it to have broken the way theirs did. Welds are strong, bolts/pins are solid…5 STARS and would recommend to anyone! Whether you’re a novice or advanced, this bench is amazing!

I’m not a gym bro, i’m just starting out. I weight 165lbs.Its sturdy and solid. I plan on doing shoulder/ chest press and maybe incline push ups on it.For the incline push ups it doesnt feel like it will slide.Am i expecting solid gym equipment level machinery for this price? NoIts made for home. For ease. Its light weight, easy to move around. Sturdy enough to support you for your regular needs.If you are very broad and need a bigger chair than usual to sit on when you go out, it might be narrow for you.

Llego a tiempo, mido 1.80 metros, y 120 kg y me ha quedado cómodo al momento de sentarme en el, se siente resistente, hasta ahora no tiene juego, es muy fácil de armar y de plegar, no ocupa tanto espacio plegado, al momento de armarlo sentado hay que poner dos pasadores, uno en el doblez donde van las rodillas y el otro en el respaldo reclinable, eso si, debes fijarte muy bien cada que te pares y sientes que están bien colocados esos pasadores, ya que solo van a atravesados y pueden salirse, si eso sucede el banco colapsara y se desarmara o plegara, por esa razón no me animo a meter los pies en las esponjas para pies, ya que si se llegase a desarmar te romperá los pies si o si al caer.El banco en su respaldo se sostiene con unos dientes, me gustaría esten mas altos o saltados para mayor seguridad, me da la impresión que aveces se correra de los dientes y se ira de espaldas, yo cada vez que me siento o acuesto lo pruebo antes muy bien. Cuando se reclina en su punto más bajo queda algo incómodo, ya que solo se reclina la espalda y no el asiento, sin embargo se agradece que tenga ese ángulo de inclinación.Me parece un buen banco para casa, nada de uso rudo o de gym profesional, no creo animarme a realizar un pres de pecho con una barra bien cargada, pero si lo realizo con mancuernas. Al momento de doblarlo lo puedes cargar con una correa que ayuda bastante para mover el banco desarmado.Recomendado para gym de casa, no para uso rudo y vigilar que este todo bien puesto cada vez que lo vayas a utilizar, más si son adultos por que se les puede olvidar revisar los pasadores.
