Works, but tastes not so great
I really wanted to love this product. I take melatonin regularly as part of my bedtime routine and typically take dissolving tablets. I decided to check these out because I liked the idea of a dissolving strip. Unfortunately, for me, the taste of these dissolving strips is extremely off-putting – sickly sweet vanilla. That said, the melatonin did help me with falling asleep – so these definitely worked as advertised.I’ll use up the rest of the pack, but I don’t see myself purchasing these in the future – my dissolving tablets are a fraction of the cost and come in a 3 month supply, I’m not loving the taste and lastly, I’m not a fan of how much waste is generated from this product. Each strip is individually packaged in packaging that’s way bigger than it needs to be. Plus, if you’re an arthritis suffer the packaging can be a bit of a challenging to open.

Contains sucralose, pricey, outer box not sealed but inner foil is sealed
These melatonin strips are made in India for a Vermont company. They contain sucralose and two artificial colors in addition to 3mg melatonin. The box I received was not sealed but the inner foil packets were sealed. Mine did contain all ten foil packets. Whenever I receive an unsealed box of medication, I always have to make sure that it actually does contain the full amount of product that it is suppose to. I really prefer that all medication is safety sealed including the outer boxes.The strips are the type that dissolve on your tongue. They had a mild vanilla taste and dissolved fairly well. I’m not fond of sucralose so I did rinse my mouth out after taking one. The amount of melatonin seems to be a standard amount and it did help me fall asleep quickly. Unfortunately I woke up about 4 am and was wide awake but this is a problem I have with all melatonin.This is a very expensive version of melatonin at almost $1.20 per strip. The only use I could see for it would be taking it on a trip or somewhere that you couldn’t take regular melatonin. Possibly you might use something like this camping or in a situation where it’s too damp to take a dissolvable version. But there are just a few reasons you might need a sealed strip and have to pay this price.

Alright, so listen up. I’m a big believer in melatonin for helping me catch some shut-eye. These strips here, they dissolve real quick in your mouth, work well, and come in a nice little package.I went for the vanilla flavor, and let me tell you, I was surprised how strong it tasted. Like eating a tiny piece of vanilla candy, even though the strip itself is lighter than a postage stamp! The price seems alright, though there are cheaper options out there for sure.The instructions say to take one 30 minutes before bed. Now, for me, that didn’t work at all. Seems I need to take one about 3 hours before bedtime to feel the effects. Everyone’s different though, so you gotta figure out what works best for you.This product doesn’t exactly knock me out cold, but it definitely helps me get in the mood for sleep, which is a big deal for someone who has trouble winding down at night like me. This stuff definitely helps!

These strips worked well for me, they have a vanilla flavor that is palatable and the strip is a little larger than a quarter for size reference. They are awesome for travel and even for conveniently in your wallet. They work fast and I didn’t notice any side effects or after effects. I travel for work and these were perfect for my needs. Will order again!

The perfect travel companion
This is the best delivery method for a sleep-enhancing product I have seen and I admit to having tried many of them. The individual packets are easy to throw in a pocket or purse to use on an airplane, a train, a bus, in a hotel…actually anywhere. They require no water. The packets are easy to open and you place the strip on your tongue. As it dissolves there is a slight flavor that to me was a bit fruity but it was not strong or unpleasant. Within about 30 minutes I experienced some relaxation and soon I fell asleep. I enjoyed a peaceful sleep all night which is extremely unusual for me and I awoke at an appropriate time with no grogginess at all. Even after getting up for a bathroom break at night I was able to fall back to sleep immediately, also unusual for me.These are effective, safe, easy to use and super convenient. Although they are perfect for travel I also plan to keep them on my bedside table for convenience when sleepless moments occur. Calmour Melatonin strips are a great product at a reasonable price. They truly are “the ultimate sleeping aid.”

Small thin rectangle of quick-dissolving vanilla-flavored melatonin
It’s easy to cut the small rectangle into halves or quarters if you want less than the 3mg that is provided, which is a positive for those who like smaller than average dosage. I used the whole square. The first time I wasn’t quite expecting the flavor which I found odd, and since I put the rectangle back on my tongue, it stuck to the roof of my mouth. The second time I put it more towards the front of the tongue, and this helped it stay in place while it dissolved – the taste was much better after knowing what to expect.It does seem to work well, just like a pill supplement. Helps me get to sleep!
I have been pleasantly surprised by how helpful this product has been in helping me fall asleep on time! I have taken it a few times on nights that I need to wake up early and I have noticed that I am able to fall asleep much faster and easier than normal. I also wake up feeling refreshed and not groggy at all the way other products have made me feel. The strips dissolve quickly on my tongue and I feel that this method of delivery works better than pills or liquid melatonin.I was worried about the package that the product came in. It looked like the package was tampered with (pictures show the way the package arrived. This may have been due to the shipping process, but I am not sure.
