Great for GLP-1 users
It’s honestly so hard to find fiber supplements with this much fiber in them! Most of them have 5g of fiber but this is double! It has helped regulate me so much! I take this with my GLP-1 to help with constipation and it’s great. Especially because of the probiotics it really helps settle my stomach. Really get quality considering how fast it works. I like that I don’t have to swallow a pill and they are not hard to chew. A little sticky but they taste great considering there is no sugar. Easy to take everyday and great price considering they last for a month!

Highly recommend
My husband has fatty liver and over weight. Bought these to help him with fiber intake. Does not upset stomach and doesn’t have bad after taste. I’ve also given a half dose to my teen when he is backed up. Now when we travel for holiday, I bring these with me. Taste great, texture is just like a gummy candy without being sticky nor tacky.

Helpful and taste good, even if they are a bit chewy
I started taking these to help with digestive issues from a protein-heavy diet and being on a glp1. I still take a dulcolax chew most nights to assist with everything, but these have been super beneficial to my gut health since starting them.They’re a little toothsome, but I like the flavor, and imagine I’ll be using them for quite some time.

Hasn’t made a difference for me after 1 month of use
These haven’t made a difference for me after taking them daily for about a month. While they have of course improved my fiber intake, I’m not noticing any differences in my feelings of fullness, or GI system. I’ll likely finish the gummies I have (I bought 2 months worth), but I won’t likely repurchase.They do taste and smell good, and the texture is nice for gummies. I’m just not finding them very effective for what I was trying to accomplish.

Delicious easy way to increase fiber intake
Chewy sweet easy way to increase fiber intake. I’ve tried a number of fiber gummy brands and these are my favorite. Very high level of fiber per calorie. So sweet it’s like dessert. It’s like concentrated grape jam. Very happy with this product.

No Results and Hard to Chew
These gummies were a total disappointment. I was excited about the high fiber content and the probiotic blend, but after weeks of daily use, I noticed absolutely no improvement in digestion or regularity.On top of that, the texture is thick and unpleasant—more like chewing on rubber than a gummy. The grape flavor tastes artificial, and it lingers in the worst way.I also didn’t appreciate that the packaging made it seem like results would be noticeable quickly, which definitely wasn’t the case. I won’t be buying these again.
