I got a medium size which didn’t fit me & inside the box said to contact the manufacturer which I did, they got back to me in hours! Their customer service was amazing and on top of that I was told to keep it & got the replacement before the expected delivery, belt works amazing had me hitting PRs like I was Hercules or atleast I felt like I was him 🙂↕️😂

I’m 5’8 200LB and having the belt all the way tight, I still have a little bit more room to go!-Comes with a chain and chains are cool. Chain is the correct length. Chain has a protective paint coating over it.-Velcro is the new style velcro, it holds really well and doesn’t seem to snag my shirt.-The metal loops for the chain have no sharp edges. This is good because it means it will never break.-This belt will last a long time.-You can quickly see if you have the belt upside down or not based on a quick look at the logo. If the skull looks normal, then its not upside down.Cons:-You have to use both hands to take off the belt. You have to have one hand to pull on the metal, and the other hand move the belt strap away from the velcro. Because of this, I find myself reluctant to put this belt on super tight. I mean… I know logically I can wear it super tight and I know it won’t be a problem because I know how to take it off. Its just a psychological thing… For those of you who don’t know what I’m talking about, if you have the belt on super tight, sometimes you get in a situation where you went to far in the lift, you can’t breathe, and you need the belt off in an emergency.Other Thoughts:-On the ‘premium steel buckle’ , the black in the middle is a really hard plastic. So far I haven’t had any problems with it at all which is why its not a con. Shopping for belts, I always like that part to be metal.-Finally, a normal belt but with chain loops so you can do weighted dips/pullups! They also pretty much got everything right too on this belt.-If someone ranked this a 4 star, I think it would also be a legit ranking. This belt is really like a 4.5 stars.

Great 2-in-1 Belt!
Been getting a little heavier with my cable squats and dips. That paired with an inch or two on the waist and I needed a new belt because the hook & loop on the old belt just wasn’t holding. This belt looked beefy and accommodating.💓 Things I love 👇💪 Twice as thick as the standard weight belt, adding durability.✌️ 2-in-1 Weightlifting Belt or to be used with the accompanying chain.💍 Various D-Rings to use as I see fit.📏 Fits comfortably and isn’t too overbearing.🏋️ Cinches down great with the buckle.🏷️ Price is excellent for the quality.😐 Things I disliked or think need improvement 👇⛔ Nothing! I really like this belt.

Did not come with the clips and asked to sent the clips and will not send them would have to replace the whole thing but I just want my clips I don’t get why that’s so hard.
