I bought these to wear as ankle weights on my walking pad just to up the difficulty and also on the walking trail (my husband insists that I need to be weighted down so he can keep up with me). To say Iโm obsessed with these weights is an understatement. They are extremely stylish and functional. They fit great on my ankles and the Velcro straps are extremely strong (theyโre not going anywhere I promise). My only regret is not buying them in a more fun, vibrant color. I did become slightly self-conscious on the trail realizing that, at a distance, my weights may look like ankle monitors. So learn from my mistakeโฆ

I was so excited for these but I’m not overly pleased. They are way smaller then I thought. I can wear them on my wrists but they are itchy and tight as could be on ankles and my ankles are relatively small. I think for what you get they are way over priced. I don’t think they will add much to my workouts but ill use them to add a lb for arms to my hand weights I guess. Just not that great. And the velcro is pointy and digs in. I wouldn’t recommend really.
