So far so good.
It’s really to use right out of the box. Compact and easy to move around. Has been using it in my office at work. So far so good. It’s quiet and smooth. No beeping sound at start, finish or pause. The remote control works great. I walk at 3, and can get in 1000 steps in 10 minutes. During the day I stop at around 7 minutes each time so that I don’t sweat. At the end of the day, I walk until I reach my goal. These short breaks from sitting have been really helpful, I feel happy and more energized through the day. Logging in -3000 more steps than before everyday. Will update if anything changes.

I chose a big-size running belt treadmill from EVKRUN, and it’s a perfect fit. Assembly was simple, and it looks sturdy and durable. Everything worked perfectly after powering it on, with a top speed of 8.7 mph and a maximum incline of 15%. I can control the treadmill using the buttons on the console, as well as separate speed and incline controls on the handrails.

Handrails give steady support for walking
In the evenings my dad likes to walk a little while the television is on, and the handrails give him the steady grip he wants so he doesn’t feel wobbly. The motor runs with a low hum, and the cushioned belt makes his steps sound softer than they do on the hardwood. My mom sometimes uses it during the day, setting a slow pace so she can stretch her legs without leaving the house, and she likes that the controls on the side rails respond quickly without her needing to reach across. The frame feels sturdy when they hold onto it, and the height of the rails is comfortable for both of them. It could be folded and stored if we wanted the space, but my parents prefer to leave it in the living room corner so they can step on it whenever they like.

A treadmill that can be folded up and with an angle that can be adjusted has quickly become my favorite piece of fitness equipment. It is really convenient to be able to fold it up and transport it about. It is an excellent choice for apartments or rooms that are on the smaller side. The construction quality is excellent; even while traveling at high speeds, it has a solid and consistent feel.The shock-absorbing platform that has two decks is the feature that I enjoy the most about it. My joints, which used to hurt when I used other treadmills or when I walked on hard surfaces, are now in terrific shape on this treadmill. Because running is a smooth and peaceful activity, you may use it whenever you want without having to worry about the noise.I am able to make my workouts fresh and challenging because to the adjustable inclination, which is a wonderful convenience. The treadmill is also compatible with a workout software that I have on my phone. With this app, I am able to monitor my mileage, pace, and the number of calories that I burn while in addition to participating in virtual running competitions.

I am totally in love with my new treadmill! I’ve been using it every day after school, and it makes me feel like a real athlete. The first thing I noticed was how easy it is to use!
