Excellent product. I was using smaller balls sized for your feet for the meralgia paresthetica hip pain I have and they were just not cutting it. I skeptically bought these, thinking a large ball would be better. I was annoyed at the price. I thought it was a little high, but it was for three balls.These are amazing – two of them have tread to break up that tissue and dig into the muscle. I run the ball over my hips against a wall until the areas that burn dissipate. Amazing results. I could lie on them and let the ball dig into my hip, but I haven’t tried that yet. I do the wall rolling everyday and have noticed relief.The balls are great quality and perfectly sized for your hips and thighs against a wall. Much better than trying a tennis ball. These balls are harder than a tennis ball, so they really break up that stiff fascia tissue and muscles.I’m pleasantly surprised and so glad I bought them.

I bought this set after buying the mid sized one from another company and loving how much more release is achieved by its design over the smooth type which is what i have been use to for many years now. I wanted to try the next size up, the red one here, knowing it was likely to deliver even more relief. I tried to shop with the same company but their set was unavailable as most of their stuff was so, I found these.I love this jagged design. I just wish I hadn’t waited so long to try them! It EFFECTIVELY breaks down the tension, offering relief into the next day when you are persistent in using these. You can easily travel with them as they come in a handy bag. Functional, effective, durable, great quality product seems like it will last a lifetime.

3 ball set -quality choice and value
I use these products at least 3x per week for muscle tightness and general well being.The large ball-effective size to be able to sit on floor and roll hamstrings or any area. Medium ball is my least used and not large enough for floor hamstring rolling, works better for calves, small ball perfect for wall rolling-lower back and glutes.There is not any give to these balls and they are very hard. I would not recommend a beginner to use, with a lot of pressure and would recommend a softer ball.The one dislike for me on the large ball is the texture. Doesn’t work well for wall rolling.Overall a good product. If you are searching for a ball that is hard this is perfect, if not I would recommend a hard foam style ball

I had a smaller version of this (different brand) and really liked it but it was too small. Finally found this one, same quality, heavy, durable, firm, rubberised outing! And big enough to do do legs and butt! Perfect! Much better than hard foam ones that misshape

A lot of therapy balls and massage balls that I’ve used are far too soft. These are really hard. They’re perfect for me as I want to go into deep tissue rather than just massage at the surface. Really good for things like piriformis syndrome. Expensive but worth it.
