Great for shoulder stretches.
I bought this yoga pole thinking I might use it for workouts, but it has become my go-to tool for shoulder rehab after surgery. It is perfect for working on passive range of motion and gentle stretching. The weight is just right. It is sturdy enough to feel stable but not so heavy that it strains my shoulder.It comes in four pieces that screw together, which is a great feature. I only use two sections to make it shorter and it works perfectly for my needs. The material is solid and durable and it feels like it will last for years. Even though I am not using it for traditional yoga, it has been an incredibly functional and versatile recovery aid. Highly recommend.

Heavy 5’ Yoga pole which is adjustable. Excellent for Yoga or balance.
This yoga pole is exactly what I was looking for. The alloy steel construction makes it both lightweight and extremely sturdy, so I never worry about it bending or losing shape. Assembly is quick and simple—just twist the pieces together and it’s ready to use. The only issue I have found is at the both ends of the grippers is a slippery disc, so it slides across the floor. I added a rubber disc to the pole bottoms.I love that it can be adjusted to different lengths. The detachable sections make it versatile for a variety of yoga poses and stretching routines. The non-slip foam ends are a great touch for stability and comfort, and they protect my joints while keeping the pole steady on the floor.It has really improved my alignment and flexibility, and I find myself using it for both yoga practice and general fitness exercises. Whether indoors, outdoors, or at a studio, it’s convenient and reliable. A must-have tool for anyone serious about their yoga practice. Good value for the price! Very heavy!

Heavy but portable yoga staff
The positive:This yoga stick is that is breaks down into four sections for easy transport. It also feels sturdy and will not break easily due to it being powder coated stainless steel.The negative:The yoga stick is heavy at well over two pounds. The connections unscrew as you use the stick in a yoga workout. Also, minor, but the padding on the end of the stick are misshapen because of how it is packaged with is tightly wrapped up.This stick would be better suited as a bo staff than as a yoga staff. It will likely end up under the bed as a deterrent for a potential home invasion than has a functional yoga stick. After doing a yoga workout with it, it was mostly awkward and heavy more than anything else.

Great Quality!
This is a great quality yoga stick in my opinion and I really like the adjustability of the size. It was easy to assemble and looks great! It’s a solid bar and has really good weight to it. I got this bar to help with my posture as well as for stretching and it’s made those exercises more enjoyable, and I love it! It’s easy to store away and keep out of sight. Worth the price in my opinion.

Added and interesting stretch to excercises
Comes disassembled upon unearthing but really easy to use once set up. It adds weight to your workouts and thats it. Unless you plan on using it for batting practice! LolThe ends have red rubber tips, air assume for grounding on floors and if you bump into objects. Im 5’3 and this pole is too tall for me when fully built. Luckily, you can adjust the height with the added middles to give you the best control.Have not fully learned how to gracefully use this but it has added an interesting dimension to my stretches.
