Get this!!!! I had surgery and had a really hard time modifying my workout. This helped soooo much! This is going to be a part of the daily rotation and will be so nice when I travel so I don’t have to use germy hotel room gyms, this literally can be packed in my backpack. Total game changer. Add. I’ve tried several of these. Though this has many options and came with several extras, it’s not my favorite. The counter in the middle of the board simply counts each time you pass it. So one crunch would count as 2, when you passed the counter going out and back in. It needs a good level surface or you’ll have trouble getting the sliders past the point where the board folds in half for storage. Overall all it’s a great item, I’ve just used one that was designed better. It holds me weight with no problem, and there’s hardly any assemble out of the box. It’s a nice size that folds easily for storage and has good slip resistance.

This portable board is great! It is incredibly easy to use, and you can get a great workout right in your own home. There are so many ways to use this. I’m new to pilates and this board is perfect if you’re just starting out – or whatever level you are at. I enjoy doing this at home; a lot easier to take a break when I’m working and get a good workout in. It is so easy to move around, you could even take it with you if you travel. Comes with resistance bands, even better. Easy to wipe down, and beyond simple to store. The price is really great, love working out in the comfort of my own home.
