I never thought that I’d be this happy about a yoga mat but here we are and I’m very very happy.When you’re doing yoga a good mat is important . I mean, you’re doing various positions,you’re working toward getting in shape or continue staying in shape, laying on a mat that literally feels like it’s not even there is annoying because a hard floor makes it almost impossible. You don’t want a super thin mat, you want a thick, soft and cushioned mat that let’s you do yoga comfortably.This mat is so awesome, I absolutely love it and I wholeheartedly believe that this is the best yoga mat out there.For me, the color blue is calming especially during yoga. Blue reminds me of the sky which makes me think of the beautiful mountains where I live, it’s my favorite place to be and makes me happy, blue is also one of my favourite colors. So this mat is a beautiful shade of blue and it just calms me.This mat is thick, not bulky thick ,thick like memory foam and yes it feels amazing. The thickness is soft but firm. The foam feels so soft and doesn’t leave imprints that last too long which causes the mat to feel uneven and awkward, awesome.The size of this mat is amazing, you have plenty of room to do any position you want . When I’m lying on my back and stretched out doing my leg lifts my feet don’t touch the floor, my heels don’t touch the floor, that’s amazing. My back doesn’t feel like I’m lying on a rock. I can do yoga and enjoy it as it’s meant to be. I love the space of this mat, I love being able to stretch without touching the hard floor.The material of this mat is awesome, even when sweating, my feet and hands don’t slip, that’s pretty awesome.The bottom side of the mat doesn’t slide around at all. Wherever you lay it it will stay there.Although this mat folds up for storage, it doesn’t stay poofy when unfolding, it lays flat no matter what.The value and quality of this mat is just incredible. Everything you want and need in a yoga mat is this mat, you won’t regret it.

Quality materials and the perfect dimensions for me
Well at 6 foot long this is perfect for my needs. My friend has been dragging me out to yoga with her once a week. It’s fun. Not going to be lie.. But I’ve been using a spare yoga mat that belongs to her and it wasn’t long enough for me.I’m around 5’7. On my previous mat I was randomly sliding off while switching between positions or coming up from something down on the mat. I think j use about the entire 6bfoot length of this but I’ve never needed more than that.As far as the portability this thing is awesome. It’s pretty easy to fold it up accordion style and throw it in the car. In that sense, it’s also kind of the perfect size. It’s slightly thin while being thick enough to be comfortable while sitting on it for extended periods. its just thick enough that I never feel the floor beneath me while I’m in a position. Some people might prefer something a little thicker but I like that it isn’t overly padded. The mat I used before this was thicker and I kind of just sank into it which made it harder to get back on my feet.From the way the mat looks in pics, I was a little worried that it would be too smooth and that might cause me to slide around on it. So far though, I haven’t had any trouble with that. It’s actually pretty grippy for being as smooth as it is. The bottom also has a good amount of grip to it and I generally don’t have to worry about it coming out from under me either.The quality is pretty impressive too. This is the kind of mat I can see myself using for a year or more. It seems like it can take a little abuse and still looks the way it did when it arrived.So, totally recommended if you’re looking for a quality mat in this price range.

Non-slip and supportive! I love this mat!
I really like this yoga/workout mat! It’s extra large, so I have plenty of room to stretch without feeling cramped. I am rather tall for a woman as I am 5’9″, and the mat gives me enough room to do all of my workouts and stretches. The 8 mm thickness gives just the right amount of cushioning for my knees and joints during workouts as well, and the double-sided non-slip texture keeps it from sliding around on the floor. I have wood floors so the sliding around of workout/yoga mats can be a deal breaker if I get the wrong one. Luckily this mat has no sliding problems for me. I also love that it folds up easily, making it super convenient to store or carry with me. It lays flat right away when unfolded, which is a big plus compared to rolled mats that curl up. This also means the mat will hold its flat shape so much more easily. Great quality for the price! I definitely recommend you give this a try for your yoga/workout needs! I would definitely get it again and it would also make a great gift!
