Easy to assemble and to store when you’re finished. It comes with padding for comfort, I have arthritis and chronic joint pain and it’s decently comfortable on the knees. Stable and built well, not bad for the price. I like how it folds so it doesn’t take up a lot of space. Counts calories, how many reps, the time and scan.

Good starting piece of equipment!
I’m trying to get in shape and wanted something to target my core. This does the trick!Cons:- Assembly instructions are a little lackluster and it’s a little wobbly when you aren’t actively on it.- The caps that click in and keep the knee/arm pads from sliding off like to fall out (I just added some super glue to the loose ones)- The counter counts each “crunch” motion as 2 instead of 1 rep, so I have to divide the count number in half to keep track of how many reps I do. But this works fine as a starter piece of equipment for the price point.Pros:- You can feel the burn, holy crap.- I actually am working muscles that I had trouble targeting previously- It doesn’t weigh a lot, and it has a pretty slim profile when collapsed.- Definitely a good “starter” version of this product. May upgrade down the line but this works at this price point.
