Awesome
This is a great Ab workout and value for your dollar. It was easy to put together and I’m not super experienced in assembly but managed this fine. I’m newer to fitness, having been naturally skinny prior to my mid 30s I never bothered with anything but running. With age and my job now being from home I have started to work on my fitness. This was amazingly helpful. It really does work out your abs. Fair warning that you should be prepared to take it slow if your just starting your core journey lol. It is comfortable to use (besides the ab burn but that’s what you want). It is not noisy either. I’m 5 feet and 3 inches and find this useful. My husband is 6 feet 1 inch and it doesn’t seem to fit him quite as well, even with the height adjustment as tall as it can go. He’s used it and it helps, just not as well as it does for me. If you’re on the taller side it might not be as effective. But for average/below average height I recommend!

Easy to use
I LOVE THIS! Super easy assembly, takes maybe 10 minutes to put together and is very durable. The workout is great and you can really feel it through your whole body and abdomen. It’s super lightweight and doesn’t take up much room also which is a plus. I love this machine!

I can’t speak to longevity as of now but in regards to ease of use and whether or not I feel it, it’s a 10/10 for me. Very smooth glide on that part, the foam is soft enough, I do think with extended use my knees might get sore but I think the foam helps a ton. I currently weight 261 and this thing doesn’t feel cheap, it feels much more solid than I anticipate based on some other reviews. I think any “jangly ness” might be due to not having screws/bolts secure. I used my own tools to ensure they got SUPER tight, no moving at all. I think this is important. I haven’t quite figured out how to break it down for storage, and it’s not listed in the manual, but moving it around isn’t hard, it’s not heavy. I have now done 2 days worth of the lowest settings on it and I was sore within 20 minutes of my first set of 5. It’s HARD if you’re like me and have essentially no core strength, but I think it’s just what I needed to get things moving toward gaining some. Overall, for the price, ease of use, and the amount of use I think I’ll get out of it I’m pleased! Especially for the price! I believe I paid $90 after tax, not bad at all!I do think the little counter device it comes with it useless as it doesn’t seem that accurate, but I wasn’t planning on utilizing that anyway so I don’t feel like it’s worth docking a star over.

Makes staying in shape easy
I wanted something to help me work my abs but in the comfort of my home. I love how easy it is to use. It feels very sturdy (I use mine on my carpet) and it’s comfortable to use. Once it arrived it was EASY to set up. I love having multiple settings I can move it to and I love the fact you can fold it up and tuck it away.

Easy work out
I love this machine, my sister in law had one and of course I just had to get one also. Wasn’t sure if it’ll target my abdominal area the way I wanted but I was amazed at how well it worked, my kids loved it also. It’s so easy to install, foldable so space isn’t taken a lot in which that was one important thing I was looking for. Highly recommend it.

Is this for real? I know I didn’t just turn into a swimsuit model but what the??? This thing is AMAZING. By next summer I’ll feel like a brand new car because of this machine. It was easy to put together. No instructions necessary. To use it… don’t need them for that either. I felt it work every muscle form my a$$ to my lower back and my abs. This thing is made to own and owned to win. Get it. Five stars all the way. Thank you Abcore. Number one product that does what it says it will. No regrets here.

I thought this would be easy but it isn’t. I am starting out in the lowest level and doing a bit at a time. It really works the mid section and back so have to be careful all depending on your state of health and age as well. Overall a nice piece of equipment to add to the gym.

(Probably get a set of wrench pliers to tighten bolts already on it to avoid wobble) but easy to set up instructions Allen key mini wrench and all the parts and screws etc came with it ! Counts perfectly! Love love love
