The combination of being an excellent value, robust materials and design as well as great features make this machine a five star product.

Fun workout for abs
Let me start off by saying I HATE working out and exercising. But I am trying to get in better shape/health. This really targets your abs and it’s not strenuous on any other body part (you know, like if you do crunches incorrectly). Like, I don’t feel like I’m going to pull a random muscle if I’m not doing it “right”. But I do feel a burn. A good burn!!!!And the sliding up and down makes it fun. You can adjust the angle to make it harder or easier. It’s really easy to set up and take down. Feels durable. Definitely worth it for the price!!The assembly instructions are basically useless though. They don’t tell you how to put it together at all but you don’t need them anyways. It’s self-explanatory.

Best exercise machine for abs
As a beginner I can definitely tell you this machine is a WIN. It’s a perfect size for any house or apartment, It’s very easy to assemble, it’s very sturdy, and you can’t even hear it while you are working out. It feels very smooth and quiet. I started with 15 and a day going twice a day now and you can feel the tightness afterwards. I would definitely recommend or buy from them again.

Best ab machine I’ve tried….
I was very pleased with this product when I recieved it .After only 1 use,My abs felt tighter. Definitely am recommending this product . My only complaint is that I wish the handle bars were longer .

I bought this machine about a year ago before I found out I was pregnant. I’m now 2 months postpartum so I decided to assemble and give it a try. I’m now beyond the return window and although I’m hopeful, there are a few issues.- There are no instructions. You kinda have to figure it out yourself with pictures on Amazon.- They sent me a used/returned machine (there was no plastic wrap on the bars and it is scuffed, obv someone else wasn’t impressed either)- Seems a little…. dangerous? it feels rickety and I tightened the bolts as much as it allows.Do I wish I would’ve waited to buy? Yes.Would I recommend? Probably not.Am I still going to try it out? Yes.If by some miracle I have amazing results and a great experience with this machine, I will update.

6’3″ 220lbs and it works great.
I was nervous given the price. Im 6’3″ 220lbs.Easy to assemble. Feels secure under my weight. Smooth movement.Haven’t tried electronics. Really don’t care about a rep counter etc.Folds up nicely when you’re done.

I was looking for an affordable addition to add to my home workout routine that would help in toning up my mid-section. This fit in perfect. It’s compact, doesn’t take up much space and is very light weight. Set up was easy, took less than ten minutes. I use it daily and you can feel it working right away. Definitely worth the cost and a keeper for my home gym
