Assembly instructions clearer than expected after reading other reviews. Not simple – – but pretty easy. Print could be a little bigger for us older folks. Machine seems to work as we expected. Now we just need to actually use it!

Moves easily on own. Gloves too small for any American Male hands. Not very sturdy. The resistance for the hands works as expected. I purchased for exercise to rehab arm/hand after a stroke. Cannot keep hand on because glove is unreliable and very small!
