It works
It works for the most part, and let me explain. I’ve use these types of supports for years, and most of them are just decent. This one is no different. Use the size chart listed on the product page as its pretty accurate. The straps that go over your shoulders are wide enough to cup the shoulder but wish it was just a little bit wider so it would have no chance to dig into you. For the most part the tension strength is adjustable by the side and back straps. It is easy to put on and take off. Its comfortable to wear throughout the day. With it having you straighten up your posture you can start feeling some pain relief as you’re easing the tension on your spine. Overall I do feel that this brace is effective, even tho just a bit it’s worth it.

Sizing isn’t right
For starters, the top part that is meant to pull your shoulders back is so stretchy that it cannot get the job done at all. There was no support given. I went by the size chart, and a large should have been perfect. The bottom half was hard to get on. Overall, it seems these are not meant for all body types. It feels like it is something that is half decently made but the sizing seems like it is not even meant for a human.

The sizes are way too small
The size is your way off. If you think you’re a medium, get a large if you think you’re a large get an extra large if you think you’re an extra large, get an extra extra large. Mine was so small I couldn’t wear it

Perfect for bad posture and back pain
I work from home and spend the majority of my day sitting in front of a computer, often with less than stellar posture. This leads to me dealing with lower back pain on a fairly regular basis. I have tried some other back braces before, and they never really seemed to help much because of how high they sat up on my back (I’m 6’1″ with a fairly long torso).I really, really like this brace. It extends all the way down my back, helping immensly with my posture. It is rigid enough to provide just enough support encourage me to sit properly, while also retaining some flexibility so it isn’t uncomfortable. It seems to be well made, and the velcro straps are easy to use.I don’t use it every day, but on days that I do use it there is a noticeable difference. Very happy with the value of this brace.

Nice posture, Support adjustable back brace
The posture support back brace is nice. I was very excited to get it. But, I am short & the shoulder straps are not adjustable. So I cannot use it! It is comfy. Quality looks good .

Very adjustable, nice firm back with comfortable straps that can be precisely fitted!
This adjustable posture brace has excellent support while still being very comfortable. The back has vertical plastic supports sewn in and the rest of flexible, reasonably soft fabric and velcro.It’s super easy to put on, basically like a vest. Then all the straps are easily adjustable and attach to the waist band with velcro.It’s a nice quality with good stitching and it is a super customizable fit for excellent comfort along with sturdy posture support. I’d definitely recommend this particular posture corrector brace!
