It takes my ex and pans away
I’ve been struggling with leg issues from my knees down to my ankle, Including planters fascia I work at two hospitals and run all over some shifts are 8 and some shifts are 12 and sometimes I work both and do 16 hours and it only takes one day of using the amino help with the pain I will for ever be using this product because it helps me so much. The taste is not that good but the effectiveness is great. I do mix it with recovery from Eden and it’s organic with the two it taste better.. Amino is the building block of your whole body. Highly recommend incorporating amino into your diet and when I work out, I don’t even feel it. For me It’s amazing.

This advanced amino powder comes in a citrus zest flavor and is designed to be used before workouts. The container provides 30 servings, with each scoop mixed into a drink. While it does mix in fairly easily, I found the taste to be unpleasant, which might make it harder to stick with long-term.What I do appreciate is that the formula is vegan and made in the USA—both big positives for me. The price feels a little steep for my budget, but it seems pretty standard compared to similar products on the market. The expiration date is about 2 years out, which gives you plenty of time to use it up.Overall, if taste isn’t a dealbreaker, this looks like a solid option for pre-workout support, especially if you want something plant-based.

Strong muscles
Now this is really good to build strong muscles, especially leg muscles. I was in Texas in May, my daughter has stairs in her house. I tell you I hated to go up and down those stairs. I was already taking the 5 pill version of this product. I just couldn’t swallow them every day. So when I got back home I ordered the powder kind. So now I’m on my second canister of it, I can now run up and down my back porch steps with ease. This really works. I am 72 yoa and I love what this product does for my legs and arms.

Terrible taste
Horrible taste. I tried it different ways. I still could not stand the taste. The capsules are much better even though they are big and requires 5 per day. They do build muscle. I am 74.

The taste is a problem
This may be a great product (haven’t noticed any difference yet), but the taste of the powder is rather urpy. I have to mix in some juice to get it down. It’s more work, but if you have a good pill crusher, I’d recommend getting the tablets & crushing them. They don’t taste good either, but don’t have a second flavor added to hide the original flavor. I crushed a bunch of the tablets & put them in some applesauce (nothing with protein) and it was easier to take than the flavored powder. If you can swallow huge tablets, you can avoid most of the taste, but I can’t take big chalky tablets, so had to crush them or use this powder. So one way or another you’ve got an unpleasant flavor, just depends on which one is easier for you to take. Good luck!

I take Amino acids its like eating meat cause meat turns to amino acids it repares your muscles and gives youstrength and energy I take the pills the powder u can put in a shack .You will notice the difference especially in seniors cause they don’t get enough protien so they get weaker the older they get . Itake 3 pills a day some take 5 but I see 3 is enough for me .Do your self a favor take the pills get stronger food is not enough .
