Yoga Teacher Highly Recommends!
I’m a yoga teacher and I’ve had a lot of mats. This one is fantastic. Great grippy surface, and I love the guidelines on it-really helps with alignment of hands and feet. My only worry is that the lighter color may show dirt/wear over time, but I do love the color. I teach 4 to six classes a week plus my own practice so my mats get used alot. The lighter color ones behind to show “tracks” after awhile that just don’t come out. But the price is right and not too painful to replace after a couple of years. Don’t waste your money on Lululemon or Manduuka… you’re only paying for the name. Try this mat instead.

Simply a rubber yoga mat that sticks well to the floor
Works really well for non-slip and the lines are good too. Cleans more easily than regular mats, but you have to appreciate a mat that’s a bit rubbery or else this is not for you.

Great Quality
I’ve gone through quite a few $20 mats. This one is going to last a long time. It is thick and comfortable. I mainly got it for the grip, and the grip is awesome! So much easier to hold planks and down dogs. I like to do hot yoga. I’m hoping to not slide around due to the humidity.

Grip:The grip on this matter is absolutely amazing for hot yoga/Pilates classes.Slip resistance:I tend to have a very sweaty hands, and obviously this gets worse in a hot class. I’ve noticed that with a specific mat, I don’t slip at all, which is amazing.Mat quality:This is my one complaint. After a little less than a month with my mat, I’ve noticed some small cracks. I was able to reach out to Amazon and they were able to fix the issue for me. Otherwise, the mat overall is very thick and seems to be well-made. I think I just got a dud.Comfort:This mat is the perfect amount of thickness which provides a good amount of comfort while also not making me feel unstable during certain exercises.

A GREAT LIFEFORME ALTERNATIVE
This mat is AMAZING. I was trying to find something a little more affordable than a Lifeforme and this was it. I don’t slip at all. The quality is so good! It is a stickier mat, so it’s a little tougher to clean but I’m ok with that!

Great grip, but stains with the least bit of moisture
I do like the feel and grip of this mat, but it stains and smudges easily and does not clean well. Such a disappointment.
