Great Cooling Pad — Just Needs USB-C Power!
I’ve been using the AICHESON AA3 Gaming Laptop Cooling Pad for a few weeks now, and overall, it’s a fantastic addition to my setup. The 8 powerful fans keep my 17-inch gaming laptop cool even during long gaming sessions, and the RGB lighting adds a nice aesthetic touch without being too flashy.The 7 adjustable height slots are a game-changer for ergonomics, especially if you’re working or gaming for hours. I also appreciate the dual USB ports, which help keep my desk a bit more organized.However, one thing that would make this product perfect is USB-C power support. In 2025, most of my devices have moved to USB-C, and it’s a bit inconvenient to still rely on USB-A for power. Adding USB-C would make this cooler more future-proof and compatible with modern setups.All in all, it’s a solid product that delivers on performance and design. Just hoping for a USB-C upgrade in the next version!

This is the 3rd laptop cooler I have tried this month and by far the best! The others were 20 and 28 degrees warmer, respectively than the one I was trying to replace. The one I replaced was at 59 degrees and this one is at 53 degrees, so a win win! The fans are in the RIGHT places for my laptop. Love the colors! Highly recommended.

Issues with First Fan but Good Customer Service
Stopped working after only 3 months, keeps shutting off randomlyEdit: I learned there is a 1 year warranty, which is good to know. Good customer service, so hopefully the next fan will last a bit longer!

cheap but works.
the fan control is in the rear of the until which is a nuisance to reach with a laptop sitting on it. mine fell apart right out of the box. the touch button on the front which is glued down fell off. Wasn’t happy about that however it does work and is keeping my MSI Gaming laptop much cooler as well as my desktop.

Terrible Noise coming from the motor * Replacement is quiet!
Edit:I ended up getting a replacement and it’s been amazing! The noise was definitely something from the motor because I wasn’t able to even tell if it was on. I forgot about it when I went to sleep. My thermals are low, around 85C when playing FarCry NewDawn on my asus g14 It used to run around 90~100C, so definitely some improvement. I would recommend it, just hope you don’t get one with a bad motor noise.When I opened this cooling pad, I liked it. It feels sturdy and well made. It is made out of plastic but it’s mainly from the bottom the actual grill is some sort of metal. The lights are cool, not too bright or too dim.Anyways, for what it is meant it is quite good. I used it with my gaming laptop and it brought down the temperatures from 90 to 85. I mainly just bought it for the stand as I don’t have an external monitor.Cons:The one thing that is a no buy for me is that the motor has a loud noise. As if the motor is not spinning correctly thus moving side to side. It’s pretty loud and it gets annoying after a while. I played games with headphones on so it’s not noticeable but for a movie or browsing it is obnoxious. For what it is, it should’t have this type of noise. That’s the thing the fan itself is much quieter. The motor makes this noise even when it’s spinning up.I wouldn’t recommend this product just for that.

Durability is questionable
I bought this for the high RPMs to replace a different one I had for 15 years. Within 6 weeks, one of the fans is already going bad. It is now making loud noises and will probably go out soon. The fans are along the middle of the pad, it doesn’t cool where my computer gets hot. It is definitely cooler but there are still warm sections of the computer. Be careful when closing the lid of your lap top if you are using the anti-slip insert. After closing it one time my lap top screen popped out of the bevel. I could pop it back in without causing damage, but my screen is a touch screen and a little more reinforced.

Have been testing the laptop cooling pad and watching temp levels while playing demanding games. I was more focused on purchasing it due to having my laptop flat on a surface (laptop i use props itself up from the back). I was skeptical due to the placement of my fans being on the side of my laptop vs. underneath, however i noticed the temp drop around 2-5 degrees.Pros. Quiet, Not to Bulky, RGB Colors are bright, Choice to have it raised lower, or higherCons. No RGB options, only one mode which is basically “static” with the rainbow colors.Overall, id buy again if needed, the RGB options are not a deal breaker.

Man I love this product! It looks true to the picture and is super easy to use! Fits my computer perfectly AND it literally shipped and delivered in less than 24h. Plugged the fan in and blows strong cold air, just like it needs to! Is also pretty study as it will be used for a gaming laptop! Cannot recommend this product/company enough! Love this purchase!

Terribly loud fan with a strange, low moaning sound at highest setting via knob at the back. On lowest setting is a very noticeable hum. I would have returned it if it weren’t for the inconvenience of sending it back.The adjustment fan speed knob is at the back centre so, for my setup, to access it I need to flip my laptop screen down to adjust the speed and then flip the screen back up. This is due to the way my laptop is positioned against the corner of the walls and my table. It wouldn’t have been a problem if the knob was on either side. This is always frustrating as I do this few times a day when the laptop fan starts blasting for whatever reason.I bought this for my work laptop and do not use it for gaming. I imagine I would use the high fan speed and it would be an annoyingly loud background noise.Overall, I do NOT recommend the product unless you don’t mind the issues mentioned above.
