SUPER SOAKER!!
I hit the treadmill everyday. This past Monday morning, I took a shot of this. I did not think anything of anything accept to get to the gym and start speed walking on the treadmill.When on the treadmill, I felt more energy and that I was not getting tired and no need to push myself further to complete my goal on the treadmill. Normally I have to play around with the incline and speed to make it easier to reach my goal of burning 1000 calories before I stop on the treadmill. I kept going until I felt my energy going away. I made it to my goal!I was covered with sweat as usual. I bring a jacket to wear in my vehicle. This way my sweat does not go into my seat. Mind you that it’s about 90 degrees F outside! Normally after like 15 minutes off the treadmill, my body stops sweating. Not this time. The whole inside of my jacket was getting soaked with sweat. I stopped about 20 minutes ago now. I am normally cooling off at this point!I had to go to get groceries before heading home. I am walking through the store and sweat is dripping from my sleeves. My head is still sweating! I just came from an air-conditioned vehicle! lol. I am now getting cold due to it the air conditioned store. I did not have to get much. I got my stuff and left while shivering on the way out the store. It’s 90 degrees F outside and that felt good.It took me 5 minutes to get home. I get in and I am still SOAKED with sweat! So before I put my stuff away, I pealed off my gym clothes. I was SOAK with sweat still all over my body. This is like 45 minutes later by the way. Yes I was drinking more water too. I got into some nice clean dry clothes and had to put a hoodie on me. I was still cold! I was still sweating too! Finally after 30 minutes of being home, the sweat stopped. I am now able to dry off!The next day, I took another shot and went to the gym. The same thing happened! I could not stop sweating! It took me about 5 minutes to get home and it’s 90 degrees F outside too.I get in my door and went to peal off my gym clothes again. Again I am SOAKED all over my body with sweat! I put dry clothes on again. The sweat went right through my clothes! It took about an hour for my body to finally stop sweating!So is this thermogenic! YES! I believe so after going through that! Anyways, I just wanted to share my experience in detail about this product. I like the product so far!

Not Much Energy
Update: I’ve changed my rating from one star to five stars after a month of use. I did eventually lose some body fat this month and I seemed to be able to keep consistently warmer with a slight sweat by the end of the month(I’m a freeze baby and I rarely sweat). As others have said, this stuff definitely helps your bowels move if you take more than one serving in a day. Considering I have constipation issues when I eat on a calorie deficit it’s been very beneficial. I just bought my second bottle and hope it continues with the positive benefits.I’ve purchased from Alpha Lion before. I haven’t been sure if their “Gains Candy” was working for me or not. This new product Burn2o seems to be worthless. At 50.00 it’s double the price of its competitors. The research and patents behind a few of these ingredients are impressive but now I’m wondering if it’s just flavored water. No jitters is right. No extra energy and no sweating. Can’t tell a difference at all in taking this product and my body fat percentage is actually up since starting it. I’ve been very diligent with diet and exercise as well. I doubt I will buy from this company again.

Be careful with this stuff
I started off taking half a shot before working out and it made no difference, other than making me feel a little more sore than usual. Today I just tried out a full shot before working out and had to stop after 20 minutes of doing cardio. Right now as I’m writing this I’ve requested a refund and it feels like my legs are on fire, my quads and calves feel like they’ve been stabbed and my legs feel really tight. It never made me sweat more than I usually do, or make me feel hotter, noir has it enhanced athletic performance. In fact, it decreased it. I’ve felt absolutely no difference until today, and the difference I feel is becoming disabled and barely being able to walk from the pain and soreness. I’m taking it easy and resting, drinking lots of water and took some Tylenol. Hopefully these side effects are gone by tomorrow, and I’m glad that it didn’t do anything worse. I really hope they live up to their money back guarantee. Alpha lion states on their website this product: Has no side effects, increases thermogenesis, and (somehow) optimizes brain function… Can’t relate to any of that and as someone who’s used alpha lion’s supplements before I’m very disappointed since I’ve never had a bad experience with them until now. Everyone is different though, so at the end of the day just be careful. It didn’t work out for me, but it seems like it has for other people, I truly wish it worked for me.

Warning!Check with your physician first! This product is powerful, so powerful it landed me in the hospital. Now, I’m denigrating the product, the product melted over 20 pounds! In less than 30 days! But, I was not smart enough to read the caution and check with your doctor first if your have an underlying condition. I have several and thus the emergency room visit. It was horrible and from here on in its the doctor first. If you have any conditions that you have to take meds SEE YOUR DOCTOR FIRST! I can’t Stress this enough! This product works!

Still Early
I’m in my first month. I was doing fine until I had some tragedy and slipped off my eating.However the one thing I was worried about was having the jitters. I had none. No jitters whatsoever.The taste is good, it’s easy to measure out. I feel good and strong when I use it and I feel my furnace burning inside in a good way. While the price tag is a bit more than I want, if it works than it’s worth it.

I don’t feel hungry through out the day. I do feel my body mostly my chest get warm 30 min after taking it the side effects it makes you run to the bathroom and your stomach starts gargling and making noises, great taste easy to use, shake it well.
