It is smooth, quiet and I can easily stay on it for long periods of time without being sore afterward. I find the remote a bit confusing. But that is probably just me. I do wish the arc – the circles were a bit larger. I would like to feel the exercise a bit more. But it certainly is non stressful and easy to use. And one more thing. I do wish the power cord was longer. I almost need an extension cord wherever I sit. I am not sure I should use one so I have adjusted the furniture to fit the cord. Overall I would recommend item.

Getting exercise while working
I am an IT tech. Sometimes it means a 12 hour day of sitting on my behind. I could have gotten a desktop that would allow me stand, but I can get up and move around on my own for that. I own a few of the pedal exerciser stationery bikes. They are helpful as well, but I have cats. They like to try to run through the space under the pedals and it is frustrating trying to pedal and watch the critters. This exerciser is very quiet, fits nicely in my compact area under the desk space of 20 inches wide x 19 inches deep x 26 inches high (floor to keyboard tray). I can run it on the HA mode (which is the electric mode) at what ever speed I choose. It will shut off after 30 mins on its own. I can go forward or backwards and still focus on my work, meetings, etc. Some of the other reviews mention this as well. I can wear my bedroom slippers, shoes, or bare feet (to get a foot massage) without hearing any noise. It is relaxing too on low speeds. The Program modes P1 through P4 automatically change speeds and I do find that distracting while working. However, if it is something that is expected – I suppose you could work through all of that as well. I just want to be able to take a “walk” break without leaving my desk and this is great. I just took it out of the box. Plugged it into the electric socket behind my desk, added two AAA batteries to the remote and I was ready to go. Lightweight and easy to handle especially with the “well” that doubles as a great place to put that elusive remote. My cats had to “check” it out when I first took it from the box, but when I use it, they have no interest in playing “Cat and Mouse” with it. There is no space under the pedals to challenge or try to catch. Cats love moving things, but this they are leaving alone for now anyway. 😉
This chair would be nice if it wasn’t so hard to get out of. I’ve had this chair over a month now and never not once been able to get the foot rest down without climbing out of it. And the back rest keeps coming loose. –

Been seeing this type of machine advertised for some time and thought I would give it a try. Love my purchase! The ease of use, quietness, and speed control (plus being able to reverse the motion) is great. Plus it displays readings of count, calories burned, etc. Thinking of buying another for a family member!! Great product all around

Does what it says it does.
It is okay and operates as it says it does. Very easy to use and move around. Not as sturdy as I thought it would be and has a tendency to move when using it but maybe they all do as I have never had one before. It does what I wanted it to do.

I was reading and re-reading about these kind of machines for approx. a year. All the negative reviews made it very hard for me to decide if I give it a try or not. Since the machine was built in china you have, I think, problems to send it back. Or the shipping costs are higher than the purchase price. (I speak from experience).But anyway, I gave it a try and I need to say I really like this machine. I am working in an office for approximately 60 hours a week. With the electric Mini Elliptical Machine you can use it and work at the same time. It helps to keep moving.
