Let me tell you. I bought this early in my pregnancy and this was my best decision. This ball became my friend. Back pain, sit on the ball. Sciatica, Ball. Want to start labor, ball. Baby is born and you can’t sit on the couch cause it hurts to bad to sit, ball. The day we deflated it I was so sad. Until we meet again ball.

Highly recommended for stretching your back
Had a pinched nerve in my back and used this to stretch and it has been a wonderful relief. I work from home and sit at the computer for hours a day so I use this to stretch by laying on it on my stomach with feet on the floor and arms touching the ground and roll a little forward and back, then after a few minutes, I do the “Superman” stretch by putting my arms out in front and lifting my legs off the ground. Just don’t let your cat sink its claws into it, that’s why I had to buy a new one.

My physical therapist had recommended. I get one of these balls to use during my therapy to have my legs up on to help decompress my back and it has been amazing. The ball is very durable and comes with its own pump. If you have back problems, I recommend you trying it

Plus size friendly! (5’9- 350lbs)
I am currently pregnant, and looked for weeks on a good plus size ball to get baby ready for labor. For reference, I am 5’9, 350lbs. This ball is plus size friendly, and secure while I’m bouncing on it. The only downside is the foot pump that comes it is garbage lol. I have an automatic balloon pump that I use for our kiddos birthday parties, and that filled it up MUCH easier than that foot pump. My husband also considered using an air compressor as a last resort- but thankfully my balloon pump worked just fine. I would just be aware of that before purchasing, because if you are solely relying on the foot pump it comes with, it will take you at least 3+ hours to air it up.Overall, I am satisfied with it, especially since the quality seems good, and is actually plus size friendly!

Muy buena calidad y precio. Es grande. Me sirve para mí que mido 1.80 para mis ejercicios de rehabilitación física.Trae una bomba sencilla para inflar, pero te vas a tardar un ratote. Si tienes compresora de aire o aspiradora que aviente aire, infla así.Lo que no me gustó es que el plástico total de la pelota venía cubierto con aceite. Tuve que inflarla fuera de casa y luego darle una lavada buena para que se quitara.
