I purchased this and set it in my living room to help me improve my balance. If I am deciding to watch TV or play on my cell phone for an extended period I have to spend it on this thing. I love it. Great way to easily add a quick small muscle work out in throughout the day.Sit and work on posture or stand on one foot and fatigue your balance muscles. Anchor points provided and I have a 40lb resistance band I replaced the ones it came with. Has helped me increase my strength through targeting stabilization. Really great product.The pump provided inflates it just fine but you have to be direct with what you are doing. My wife found it tricky, I found it simple enough to get to a good pressure.The material all seems of good quality and built for durability. Claims to withstand 600+ lbs. It is doing a great job with 200+!

Good half ball, useless bands
A cheaper alternative to a “Bosu ball”. The ball itself is fine and works as it should. The bands that come with it have no resistance so are not useful. I’m hoping I can get replacement bands that would fit the clips in the base.

I recently went to a couple classes at my local gym and the instructor let us use these exercise balls. I couldn’t believe how sore I was the next day! It was a good sore! Using the exercise balls added a whole new level of difficulty from the need for balance and core strength. I was hooked and immediately started searching for one on Amazon to have in my own home. This one seemed like a good price point and I liked that it also came with the resistance bands. I’ve used this exercise ball for the past several days in a row now and I have to say, I love it!The ball came flattened in the packaging but it included a plastic do-it-yourself air pump to inflate the ball. Set up was relatively easy but if I had to admit one downside, I would say that the pump is kind of cheap. It did exactly what it needed to do though so I really don’t have any complaints. I actually like that it has the capability to adjust how much air is in the ball so that when using it, I can adjust the resistance and stability based on the difficulty I may or may not have with balancing on the ball.I feel like I’m getting an excellent workout using this stability ball. I am extremely happy with my purchase and I would definitely recommend it to others!

Great High Quality Balance Half Ball
Made in China, but seems to be of high quality. Have been using it for over a month thus far and very pleased with the purchase. Easy to setup and blow up, has become a great part of our home gym, 5 stars!

Great for balance
I use this daily at my standing desk. It provides so much relief to my joints verses standing on the floor. It’s wonderful for balance exercises too. I had some trouble inflating it with air, however once I got it going, the rest was a breeze. It’s very durable and I use it daily (for months) and have not had to add more air.

Great except non-slip isn’t non-slip
Works great! Like a name brand Bosu ball except one major complaint, the non-slip surface on the bottom (the flat part) isn’t great. Even with shoes while standing on it it’s easy to slid, not great when trying to use the ball to rehab from surgery. Great otherwise and still probably worth the less money.

ottimo attrezzo, facile da gonfiare con la pompetta compresa nel pacco, lo trovo molto utile per fare esercizi in casa, alcuni li ho trovati sul bigliettino che c’è nella confezione, altri li invento. Per il momento l’ho gonfiato una volta sola e non si è ancora sgonfiato. Sono soddisfatta dell’articolo.

Ottima qualità, l’ho già usata parecchio ed è davvero molto comoda. Ottimo il prezzo rispetto ad altri in commercio. Ogni 3 utilizzi circa la gonfio un pochino, ma con la pompa fornita in dotazione è semplicissimo. Le maniglie sono un plus, assolutamente consigliata. Spedizione rapida e puntuale.
