For so long I have been overweight and trying different things to help me lose weight. I did my research and although the price was a little high, I decided to purchase the vibration plate. I started using it immediately, a few times a day for 10 minute sessions. I ate as normal. After 10 days, yes 10 days I didn’t drop weight but what I did notice was my cottage cheese legs were gone and my skin was smooth. I noticed in the areas of my body where my fat was stored there were no longer lumpy fat deposits and I even began to develop tone I’m my legs. Even my husband commented on how smooth my legs looked and felt.After 14 days I did began to lose a couple pounds. I am 17 days in and I am overjoyed by the results I’m seeing. So for anyone who is struggling to buy this machine, I say do it. If you can not afford to do so wait for it to go one sale or save up for it. It is completely worth it. I have recommended this machine to all my family and friends. 3 of them have already purchased it. The way it works is as we gain weight the fat cells begin to get larger and larger. The vibration plate breaks down those fat cells so you body can more easily dispose of them. The machine is nice and sturdy and has various settings. The LED screen is easy to read. Don’t hesitate, you won’t regret it. I never write product reviews but this machine works so well everyone should own one. If I could afford it I would give all my family members one for Christmas, yes it is that good. Don’t believe me then go do your own research. I am in love and grateful I got it. I don’t know how it will hold up over time but I sure will let you know if I have any issues in the future.

You’ll feel the difference after each use!
I am in love with my vibration plate. I bought this at the recommendation of a friend who had chronic pain. Although I don’t suffer from chronic pain, I had heard about the benefits of the vibration plates/boards. Specifically it has been great for lymphatic drainage. I had a marked improvement in the swelling in my lower legs. In addition, the improvement in circulation has been fantastic. There’s also a marked improvement in my balance which is so important. Each time I use it (and I do daily!), I finish feeling completely invigorated. I have added 3 lb. had weights to my workout. I love that the vibration levels allow you to start small and move up as you feel comfortable. I look forward to using this every day.

This machine is really good quality so far. It’s quiet, sturdy and powerful. Been using it almost every day for about 2 weeks. Helped with my lymphatic drainage, relaxes my neck and shoulders (just standing on it), really helps with circulation, even feels like it’s helping to build muscles. Gently shifting my weight distribution throughout the 10 min session feels like it’s doing different things in the body. I’m loving it!

I bought this vibration plate 6 months ago. I loved the ease of use & how it helped with balance.Recently, the power cord quit working. I contacted the seller & after verifying how it doesn’t work, I was sent a new machine. I got the new one yesterday. I’m so excited to set it up and use it!

HIgh quality – Very heavy
Have really enjoyed this for my health. I sit most of the day for work, this helps gets my circulation going. I am only on it 3 times a week, 10 – 20 minutes a day. The remote gets confusing to work but it is great.this is not suitable for traveling due to the weight.
