Quality product at a good price
This is quiet and has a wide range of vibration frequencies. The controls are easy to use and there is a separate button for pre-programmed workouts. It definitely ramps up the work required by muscles; you don’t notice it during the workout, but afterward.The one drawback is that if you desire to sit on it (for ab work or leg elevation), it’s easy to unintentionally stop the workout- the control plate is flat and quite sensitive.

Excellent Value for Home use
This vibration plate is one of the stronger ones that I have used. It takes some getting used to with balance. The sides of the plate are flexible so you might want to use a chair in front of it to hold on to until you get a feel for it. That being said, with the sides being flexible, it gives you more of a workout. It is quiet and feels sturdy. It is a great value for the price and the workout it provides. The instruction manual is very basic but it really provides what you need. I can tell that it has improved my blood and lymphatic circulation. You will just have to try and adjust the different settings to suit your needs for the type of workout you want. I ordered it in the Slim Blue and it was delivered as promised and the packaging was factory. I also feel that it is portable enough to take with you for vacation or travel.

Great workout
I’ve been using a vibration plate at the gym occasionally and my trainer advised me to get one for home so that I could use it daily. It came today and I’ve done my first session already. I love it. First workout was at “50” for 10 minutes. Seems to be very well made and sturdy. Easy to set up and directions are clear. Looking forward to reducing some lipodema and strengthening some muscles!

So many benefits… Fun & EASY work outs!
There’s so much to say about this machine, but in summary, this was the best investment I’ve made for my health this year.Just 10 or so minutes a day has really helped my weight loss continue at a steady trend and I’m so much more toned than before. There’s so many different benefits to using a vibration plate and even different ways to work out. Some days I focus on legs/glutes/core and other days I use the resistance bands to work on core/upper body. I also like to shift my weight around to intentionally work specific muscle groups. My favorite thing about this plate is that I can simply stand there and do as little as I want while still burning calories, immensely helping with my compliance of working out (Yes, that totally counts!) Because let’s be real, who has the time/money/consistent self-discipline to hit the gym all the time?After a long shift at the hospital, I can sit on the couch while resting my feet on the plate and get a foot/lower leg massage. This has helped improve my circulation and ease tense muscles. It’s also nice to use right before bed when my mind/body are wound up and tense because it helps me relax and fall asleep faster.Sometimes when my toddler has way too much energy, she’ll run over and turn it on so she can “get her wiggles out!” while she pretends to surf. Or she’ll try to hop on with me. Either way, I love that I’m setting healthy examples for her!I don’t love how loud the voice is when turning on the power switch and wish that I could mute that. As for the bluetooth speaker, it’s louder than a phone speaker but the sound quality leaves a lot to be desired.Overall, this is a nice vibration plate and approachable for beginners.

Lose inflammation, gain more lean muscle
Ok, wow! This machine is small yet mighty in terms of results. I have dealt with circulation issues for years and cannot seem to find something that helps. I’ve read a decent amount about vibration plates and all of the benefits that they provide so I decided to use birthday money gifted to me to purchase this one. I read reviews and did some other Google searching and found this one checked the box of needs and cost. I’ve noticed less of the bumpy right under the skin fat in only three days. Another positive that I wasn’t expecting was the help with loosening my muscle tightness. I run often and do not stretch nearly enough, but this has helped with that as well. Hidden benefits! Would highly recommend.

Great Quality/Easy to Use
This product is great quality – sturdy and durable, but yet stylish. Wasn’t sure what to expect with one of these products, but we’re noticing the difference in how our bodies feel and our kids that made fun of us for getting it are now using it. Great way to start if you are curious about vibration plates
I wanted to try a vibration plate but didn’t want to spend a lot of money. I have a lot of pain in my hips after sitting or walking and use this to help reduce my pain. I spend 2-5 sessions on the plate every day for relaxation, lymph drainage and reducing pain.The fist thing I noticed when I got on the plate is I became very dizzy. I decided to sit for the first few sessions to help my brain catch up with my body. It worked!!! It took about 3 days of sitting before I was able to stand without being dizzy. The next thing I noticed was a tightness in my chest and neck like I was holding my breath. Each time I got on I felt that area let go a little and after 2 weeks, no more tightness. I guess I didn’t realize where I had been holding tension until I got on the vibration plate.I will probably invest in one that has more options as I would love to keep this in my rotation of health items I use. If you want to try it before you spend a ton of money, this is a great value with good options to use and start with.

Great Exercise for Someone With Bad Knees
I love this! I keep it under my desk in my office and use it periodically to keep blood flow moving in my legs after sitting for so long. I’ve had trouble with my knees so higher impact exercise only makes them worse, but this not only doesn’t hurt my knees, it actually seems to be helping and possibly repairing damage by getting circulation going. It comes with straps to utilize for arm muscles and has several optional programs to use. The feet placement has little knobs that are raised and feels like a foot massage, probably working some pressure points. Highly recommend.

I was quite unsure and kept thinking for weeks but I am happy with this purchase. Really helpful in cramps, aches and pains. Ease into it slowly and increase speed and time. It’s a full body rejuvenator.
