This is true to size and hold support well lumbar. Strong velcro. Spot clean. good value.

Pretty good for no steel supports
The main velcro strap doesn’t seem to support itself well on this, but after messing with the elastic straps a bit, it seemed to hold just fine. After that, I was somewhat impressed with how well it supported and gave compression despite the fact that it has no steel bars in it. The key thing for me is to really stretch the elastic, or else the brace doesn’t really do much.Since it’s not too bulky, it’s pretty good for wearing while moving. It’s also pretty good as a posture corrector as you’re sitting at a desk. I wear it over a shirt, and I think it would be fine to layer another shirt over it if you wanted (though people would still see it).

Well designed back brace
The product description claims to address several back issues that can cause pain and mobility issues. I am not permitted to give any personal medical information or this review will be rejected. Suffice it to say that the product description states issues I have experienced that led me to need to wear back braces for a season in my life. Over the many years I have been alive, I have had to address several issues that caused severe back pain. I have used several designs of back braces. The company that has made this brace has made substantial improvements in the design, comfort, and effectiveness in their current design. Previous braces were so thick that they would severely limit my flexibility to where I felt like I was a stick figure because I could not bend, and if I attempted to bend, the rods of support would jab me in the ribs or groin. This brace is supportive, yet flexible so it does not do that. Previous braces were so thick that it was like a belly weight loss belt that caused me to perspire so much that I would get a heat rash or yeast infection. This brace has layers that support, and is the most breathable brace I now own. Braces are known for their wide velcro adjustable straps, but some would flop over or crease easily, making the brace useless. This brace does not have that issue as well. With all of these improvements, it is pleasant to see that this brace is also affordably priced. Fortunately I do not presently need to rely on a brace, but only use it as a last resort. I learned years ago that if I relied on a back brace more than a few days or a week, my abdominal muscles weakened very quickly, and my condition became worse. I have learned several stretches, and exercises that are easily found in internet searches to help me recover faster, and keep my back in shape. I say each of these particular facts, observations, and opinions because I know what I am talking about. Since back problems are very common, I feel this is an excellent choice to have in a personal supply chest of emergency supplies if and when you ever need one. I personally have several back braces and this one has now become my best made and designed. I may donate my old ones. Easy five stars.

A reasonable back support
The “MOVFRI Back Brace for Lower Back Pain Relief ” is a good back brace with some many points of attachments. It is breathable and stretchable with elastic all around giving you the room to expand your stomach, say after your lunch! You might want to upsize to fit your needs or if you plan to wear them over clothing.I wore it under my clothing and it was not bad against my skin. However, it is not the softest material and might make sense for people with sensitive skin to wear over their clothing like an undershirt.The added lumbar support provides a additional support to the weak point in your spine. Braces depends on every person and you need to try a few to find the best fit.At just $29, at the time of this review, this is a reasonable value to support your back.

Sorry But I Had A Number Of Issues With This Back Brace And Its’ Lack Of Details Provided…
For me I wasn’t really impressed with this back brace due to lack of their item descriptions since it didn’t describe enough product details to inform me as to the vertical support stays material nor do they even specify the exact waist or circumference sizes that this back brace accommodates, actually on the box that I received the brace in it states that both of their back braces (M/L and XL/XXL) was fitted for only 21 inches, no range of inches provided for either one (I’ve attached a picture where that information is shown). Since my circumference around the belly button is approximately 38″ after the recent holiday dinners I took a wild guess and I ordered this XL/XXL size and although I felt as though I may have been able to go with their smaller size (M/L) but I was still able to snug up the belt to where I had sufficient compression along my lower back. I will say that the material was lightweight and breathable but the vertical support stays are very flexible, almost flimsy in my opinion, and I for one always look for the ones that are more rigid to better stabilize my back while I’m wearing it. I’m assigning it with a generous overall rating of 3 Stars but at this point I can’t recommend this product for others…

Make sure you order the right size – otherwise fine
I accidentally purchased the XL/XXL size and unfortunately missed the return/exchange window. That is obviously my fault and not the brand’s, but it does mean I can’t really use it or comment on its quality. However, I have extensively used back braces, and from the looks of it this is a fine brace that would work well. Sadly I will have to donate this one.

Good posture corrector.
I got this right after I had a spinal x-ray that revealed problems. I thought a brace might help replace some of the strength I was losing in my back and possibly reduce the pain of walking. It is not the fault of the brace that these situations persist, even when wearing it, but it does help me remember to stand and sit straight, which will have positive long-term results, I am sure.
