Relief at a great price.
I recently received this Lower Back Brace and my initial impression was that it was a well made belt of canvas, elastic, mesh cloth, Velcro and five well made metal reinforcements. There are adequate straps to make fine tuning adjustments. The ends of the straps are terminated with Velcro and depending on placement (higher or lower, tight or loose) can focus the support more on your problem area.The reason for four stars and not five is the size of the brace. I am 5’11” and weigh 200 lbs and wear a 36 inch pants which are generally pretty loose. The XL belt is overly tight and I can only wear for a limited amount of time. I can wear it, although I cannot adjust it for a more comfortable fit. I wear it at critical times and it does help me with posture and helps alleviate the pain I have from arthritis, crushed disks and nerve compressions. I can not tell you if it will help you but, I know with the challenges I have it has helped provide relief for periods of time.The photos attached show both sides of the belt, the adjustable elastic straps and one of the five metal reinforcements (blue).As I said in this review, it is a well designed and well made brace but, for my size, it is quite snug.I will conclude that for the money this is a very good buy.

Finally, Some Real Support for an Aching Back
After years of yard work and just general wear and tear, my lower back lets me know when it’s unhappy. I’ve tried a few different braces, but this one is getting five stars from me because it provides serious, noticeable support right where I need it.What I like is the feeling of stability it gives me the moment I put it on. The main belt cinches up tight and firm without digging in, and the extra straps let you pull it in for a custom fit. The real standout feature, though, is the set of three different lumbar pads. I’ve been using the one with the most support, and it puts just the right amount of pressure on my lower back to relieve that constant ache. It makes a real difference when I’m doing chores that would normally have me laid up later. I can wear it under a loose shirt and it’s not ridiculously obvious.I can’t point to any real dislikes. Sure, it can get a little warm if you’re wearing it all day in the heat, but that’s just the nature of wearing a brace. The relief it provides far outweighs a little sweat. It’s a well-made piece of equipment that does exactly what it’s supposed to do: it supports my back and lets me get on with my day with less pain. For that, it absolutely earns its rating.

Instant Relief for Back Pain
I suffer from lower back pain and muscle spasms, so I have been looking for a quality back brace. I have used another that does not have metal supports, but this one is so much better. The metal lumbar pads and spring stays of this brace remove so much pressure, and keep everything aligned and stabilized as well as correcting posture. I feel relief immediately after securing the brace on my back. The material is breathable and soft, and I can wear this brace an entire day comfortably. It is incredibly easy to use with the hook and loop closures, and allows for a custom adjustment of pressure and support. There are two soft pads with mesh pockets included which are able to attach to the brace with hook and loop material that I have also found helpful. I am able to fit a small ice or heat pack in the mesh pouch to attach for additional pain relief. As far as sizing, it is true to size for the chart provided, but be sure to check the measurements as it runs small compared to the other back brace that I own. This brace is a phenomenal value for the quality, support, and relief that it provides. I cannot recommend this one enough!

This brace feels quite nice, but it’s WAY less adjustable than the product page implies. It also runs on the small side. I got an XL (which doesn’t seem available now) and it was more like a large. Another major issue is the product tag is completely in Chinese, so there’s no way of knowing its origin, or materials makeup. There are percentages listed, but the percentages of WHAT are unclear unless you can read Chinese. With the metal support inserts on the back part (which are inserted into sleeves sewn into the brace), it does give good support. I just wish it were more adjustable, sized right (one star off) and had the product tag in English (one star off).I’m not even sure it’s legal to be selling it in the US with a non-English tag in it. e.g Under the Textile Fiber Products Identification Act (TFPIA), Wool Products Labeling Act, and Care Labeling Rule (FTC), certain information must appear in English on all textile and apparel products sold in the U.S.:Fiber content (e.g., “100% cotton”)Country of origin (e.g., “Made in USA,” “Made in China”)Manufacturer or RN numberCare instructions (e.g., “Machine wash cold, tumble dry low”)These elements must be clearly legible and in English, though additional languages are allowed as long as English is present and not obscured. Pretty sure this qualifies as a textile product meaning that all Chinese product tag breaks US law.

These back braces are very well made, but mine at xlg was way too small for me (48″ waist). It barely touches at the closure. Too tight to wear.
